We already have fast enough transportation with the teleporting to playgrounds and others. We don't need motorcycles.

To teleport to places, first you need to walk there. And you also need to finish your tasks before you teleport straight there.

We already have teleportation, and running/walking is just fine. If you know your shortcuts through streets, it makes getting from playground to playground easier, too. And if you ask me, toons and motocycles don't mix.
Besides, it's un-toony. So unless Disney has gone gangsta, then I disagree.
