I think that a time of around 3:25 is possible, but anything under is a cheat.

Actually I have gotten 2'52'00 with only one speedboost and I most definitely don't cheat... So I'd say that at the moment anything below 2'49 is a cheat.

You can tell if you're racing a hacker/glitcher by them passing you without you even seeing them do it.

earlier today i was racing in goofy speedway and I was constantly losing, i went on with this mouse, he seemed alright but when i got on the race with him he was constantly talking to me to distract me and most of the things i said to him he turned into an insult and he kept stinking me even though he was winning. in a previous race, I dropped an anvil on someone and he kept stinking me

i went on a race with someone i had a white starter car with some accessories, the person i was racing had a starter car that was all white and no accessories and he kept going faster than the normal speed.
