Here here. If I catch someone doing that to me in a race, that will be the last time I race them. Pics will be sent to Disney for consideration. Sometimes I don't think the glitchers realize that their stunt is revealed by how their icons on the track behave. The victims /know/ they've just been cheated.
There are other tactics some use that aren't technically cheating, but I still feel are low-ball anyways. For example, purposefully trying to ram someone else's kart so you can try and stop them. I had someone doing this to me this morning during a GP race, despite my best efforts to avoid them. Really ticked me off. Personally, I feel it's rather unfair for this to happen. Both karts should be slowed down by this, not just the victim. It's definitely un-sportsmanlike behavior.
