While roadster is the fastest Kart, the Cruiser had the best handling.
But it is slow. Roadster has bad handling, but is fast. TUV has medium handling and medium speed, which is the best in mu opinion. |

roadster has bad handling but has very good speeds. TUV has equal, equal cruiser has the best handling but the worst speed roadster- good for Rural and blizzard boulvard races TUV-good for raceway and city circut cruiser- good for raceway and city circut |

I find the roadster easier for me. It stops a bit easier on tight turns and handles better in 120+ speeds. Its also good When I go 150+ and still can turn. Most I ever excelerate with no turns or boost is 88 MPH. TUV is probably the WORST I could ever have. It barley ever turns, it always hits the sides, it can't ever go more then 120 MPH and won't move with that, still its good if you get peeled of anviled on a booster and want to gain but still be in control. Most I ever accerated was 80 MPH. Cruisers pretty good but only can go 110 without going crazy. Good handling and turning, I would suggest using it for city curcuit and rustic raceway. And it doesn't slow down much when you over turn. I just don't think you'd get first with a buncho roadsters though. Maybe second though. Accelerates up to 75 MPH, maybe 80 if your lucky.
I think they all have different attributes and each person has a car, they just need to find what there more comfortable with. I feel better driving in a roadster then a cruiser really. Its better at high speeds and don't crash up when you try to turn lol. |

The karts are all the same. I've raced with all three, on numerous toons, and on all tracks. They turn the same, the have the same top speeds (I've hit 80+ on Corkscrew with all three), and they accelerate the same. Any differences observed are differences in perception, and I believe Disney themselves has confirmed there are no differences other than looks. The attachments you put on them, such as the four barrel, are only for looks.
The key to winning is not your kart. It is strategy and skill. Knowing when to turn, how to take turns with minimal sliding (each 'scoot' of the tires slows you down), avoiding the sides, and taking the shortest path through curves will lead you to victory. I have been able to get very large leads by simply taking curves efficiently with minimal speed loss. This is especially evident in the practice races where the only boosts you have are those on the track. Knowing how to best use the presents, such as speedboosts, can also get you to the finish line. I don't use them right away, I hold on to them unless I'm not in the lead. They can come in handy if someone tries a lowball anvil just as you're about to hit the finish line. I've beaten Roadsters in Cruisers, I've been beaten by Cruisers in Roadsters, etc. It's all skill, and bit of luck in getting good presents. |
