Completely Deserted in Nutty River?

Hi, I'm in acorn acres right now and there is not a single toon in the waterfall area or in the golfing area and I'm in the most crowded district in the game. I'd get pics do show you how deserted it is but I don't feel like searching through laggy files. Anyone wanna sf and come golf for a while?

Edit: 2 or 3 toons just showed up but they went for another round lol. I can't believe how few people are golfing in river.

Maybe cause they aren't golfing in River to not hold the district up since you don't *really* need river when you golf.

I have often been in Nutty River for golf and been surprised how few people there seem to be there. Most people try to get into NR for gag experience and to get double points for merits/bucks/notices but do they want NR for golf too? Is NR normally the most populated district for golf? I'd love to know other people's experiences of the best district to find lots of people golfing!

Yea I know Nutty River is like empty almost... it was soo hard for me to do one vp. I had to wait for people for like 15 - 20 minutes. Its probably ten times worse in AA. :/
