Can someone help me understand the new tie breaker rule?

Just a quick question...

I understand that now when there is a tie, the win goes to the toon with the fastest time. But what exactly is timed?

Can someone please help me understand what is being timed? Is it fastest overall course time? Perhaps shortest hole time? What?!

It is the total time you use to aim at the holes on all courses. Meaning the time it takes you after you hit control the first time and until you hit the ball. The time is added up for all the holes and as you said the fastest win.

Does rolling time affect the total time as well? For instance, when your ball hit the wall and takes forever to come to a stop.

no. the only thing that counts is when you see the aiming timer in the top right.

OOOOOOHHHH! Now it makes sense to me...the reason why I asked in the first place is because I would win entire rounds, but another toon would have a faster time than me, and that made me confused. Now I understand, thanks a lot Fat Ladybug.
