Eagle is ½ the par right? Well if it is it isn't easy to get only like 1 4 par course in the game.

An Eagle is not 1/2 par; it is 2 shots below par. That means that on a par 3 hole, you have to get a hole-in-one to also get an Eagle. On a par 4 hole, you can get an Eagle without having to also get a hole in one. And nice job, Wacky!
