So many poor sports in golf

They are playing poorly or you are beating them, so they ALT F4 on you but before they do that they taunt you with something like

"later"

then you are stuck and you must Alt F4.

"See ya"

then you are stuck and you must Alt F4.

But according to some posters, this is not happening on purpose. It is only happening by "accident." Riiiiiggggghhhhhttttt.

Like the person on the other end does not know what they are doing as they use a taunt and then you are stuck.

Disney needs to give us the win like they do in racing. If you ALT F4 in racing you lose tickets and it is an automatic easy victory for the people that do not leave.

Oh well, once again, I go on my merry way.

Oh well, that's TT playing randoms. The funny thing is, they waste their own time as well and could have gotten a multi player for it even if they lost.

If you get stuck in golf it comes back after like 10 minutes...I'm not sure if it applies to if people have left you or not (although my SF got dced and we were able to carry on 5 minutes later) but if you just sit and wait the game will come back and will continue as normal

And I went and picked up my son and his friends from the football game. About one hour elapsed.

When I came back, my toon had gone to sleep and I had exited.

I DID not get credit for the game. As I know for a fact that the third toon had ALT f4d while I watched, before I left my house, and his toon disappeared.

But, I did get credit for the Hole in Ones, the new hole records, and other trophies.

Just no credit for MP(multi player) games and no credit for the Kit and Caboodle Course.

I've gotten a ton of "You stinks" but it was to be expected that they would do that. I agree, if you leave then you should get credit.

One thing I've been doing today to try and not have toons leave on me is, praise them with the speedchat or even in some cases help them out. Tell them where to stand etc.. It seemed to have worked on a few toons who started out with the whole "poor sport" attitude. Good luck!

I'm glad I missed out on this. The one time someone left after starting the game, they just left. I didn't get stunk, or stuck. Everyone's been very nice so far when playing. I try my best to play with friends, but play with randoms often. I've had pretty good experiences with everyone encouraging each other and having a good time.

It's not all stinky out there! Stick with it, or come golf with me! My adult group is actually having their first ACA event, check it out and join us!
