Sound is actually useful because 2 organic fogs + an ele will beat 11s, while 3 regular fogs are needed to beat 11s if there are 3 people and one can't sound... I think there are other combinations with organic sound, but some people plant it just for a daily opera.

I planted Squirt, then Drop, then Throw.

I would like to know a few things.

First of all, why are you planting every single gag track? Are you trying to figure out which you like most?

Second, you said that you DISAGREE with the people that say planting Toon Up is useless. You also say you like it most because it helps you when everyone else is about to go sad. BUT, at the end of your post you say yo should plant drop because it's hard to get back a Toontanic, if you go sad.

I would also like to point out you gave two reasons why you like to plant Toon up. ONE being that you love the highdive, and two, the highdive is helpful. If you look back to my previous post, I wasn't comparing level 7's. I was comparing EVERY gag, to EVERY gag. In my post I explained the advantages and disadvantages of each organic gag.

What I am trying to say is you are planting your gags, so you can get the level 7's, and because you think they are cool. I am planting my gags to because of the help they bring in battle. For example, you said in your post you planted Toon up because of th level 7 gag. I planted lure because of accuracy. Hopefully everyone is understanding what I am saying.

I planted Lure and I love it! The 7th lure is really no use because you want need 15 round of lured cogs. If everyone needs a toon-up, use hypno-goggles and everyone use toon-up for one round and then everyone attacks the next four rounds, hypno-goggles keep cogs lured for six rounds for any newbs reading this. I mean it's just great beacause the last 100 some lure gags I used all hit! I even used a $1 bill on a level 12 big wig in the C.J. and it hit! Organic lure gags make it have accuracy of throw. Throw is also very helpful, but with lure, a fourth throw gag can almost kill a level five in one it, an organic one can for sure! It also makes it much easier to wipe out cogs with trap, and it you run out of lure because they all miss, the trap is wasted! Anyone who hasn't planted gag trees yet, PLANT LURE!

On my main toon, I planted Trap. On my second toon, I planted Drop. On all my other toons, I planted throw. After a few months, I decided to replace my Drop Trees with Throw trees because that toon was working through CJ. It was more useful for 1 toon to lure, 1 toon to trapdoor, 1 toon to drop a piano, and the remaining toon to take out the right side level 11 with cake.

I've just recently raised a new toon and she planted sound. I am finding that it is completely useless for her. The only place I know of that planted sound comes in handy is in the cgc's. So, if I keep my TT accounts, she will replant to throw.

I have had a few occasions where presentation has been a life saver. Mostly when I solo, but also when I am in a 4 man VP or CFO and my partner disconnects. I can lure the big guys and only have to worry about taking out the new cogs for 15 rounds or until the other side gets done and can come help.

I find that just having maxed Lure increases accuracy. A big running joke amongst my friends is to pull out the Barbie Magnet (The level 2 lure) in cgc's. It rarely misses and none of us plant Lure.

I guess I am confused. I am reading this as, "Lure increases your throw hit value." That's not right. Planting throw increases the hit value. If the cog is lured, by organic or normal lure, there is a chance at getting kickback points. I don't think planted lure has any effect on kickback points.

Basically, I think planting lure while raising a toon is awesome (all of my toons plant lure while they are leveling up thier gags.) But once my gags are maxed, it just makes more sense (to me) plant trees that will increase damage points.

I planted throw, it really comes in handy, my cream pie can take out a level 5 and a lured 6 in one hit. My B-day cake can kill lured 11s with only one hit. Also, my Wedding cake can automatically kill a group of 12s if lured. Throw is the way to go On my newb toon I'm planting trap since I don't have trap on my main toon. I also feel free to use my wedding cake on the last cogs in a Mint or DA with no regrets knowing I can just go pick it after we dance.


Edit: Ooops may have made a mistake, can Wedding take out 12s if lured? Mine always does but it may be do to the other toons also using a throw gag. I cannot remember if it works by itself.

Wedding cake does 132 damage. So lured and hit by itself, it will do 132+66=198 damage, the same as an organic Toontanic. So any other throw gag combined with a lured wedding cake will get a whole row of 12s destroyed.

Organic b-day cake can take out a lured lvl 11 with push back,
Organic b-day cake can kill a lvl 9 cog out of lure
Wedding cake can take out lvl 12's with push back (sometimes it doesn't though)
Wedding cake is easy to get back and with planting it... well you never go with out it!
An organic whole cream pie can take out a lvl 5 cog with out push back

I meant with push back damage! A fourth throw gag, whole fruit pie, can almost wipe out a lvl 5 with push back damage! An organic whole fruit pie can with push back damage. Lvl 5s have 42 health right? A whole fruit pie that is non-organic does 27 damage right? Half of 27 is 14 according to toontown, so 27 plus the 14 push back damage is 41, almost 42, enough to wipe out a lvl 5. An organic whole fruit pie does 29, half of that is 15 according to toontown, 29 plus the 15 push back damage is 44, enough to kill a lvl 5! I'm pretty sure you know all this already, don't you!

Squirt is pretty pointless, it already hits most of the time.
