Have you ever witnessed a cog take over a building?

Yes I see it a lot.

Once when I was on my new toon I was going to get the resistance salute and I had to keep changing districts coz the building was always taken over, then I go to a district with the bldg and as soon as I walk in the cogs take over the bldg and I get kicked out. FYI it took me about 20 mins to get that emotion coz its a really long walk there each time.

On-topic: Yes, I have witnessed buildings being taken over plenty of times. Whenever it happens I always get this strange urge to try to run inside, even though I well know that it will be in vain

Still waiting for the day when a Cog takes over a building that I happen to be in; I'm curious to see what that is like.

Basically you get kicked out and rushed through the door and it says something like 'Watch out, there's a cog inside'.

I was once INSIDE the building the cog was going to take over. I then somehow automatically went out of the building.

Same thing happened to me. I was working on a task in MMLD, and it was a "shop hop" task. (hopping from one shop to another)

So I parked my 117 laffer inside the building that I needed to visit most while I took my 50 laffer around in MMLD visiting the other shops. (Yes I have two accounts) and I was JUST about to teleport to my monkey when it said he was busy. I look on my other screen and I saw my monkey being pushed. What happens is the cog goes inside the building, and basically you see a figure walk into the middle of ther room, then it disappears and it rushes you out the door and a screen comes up that says "Watch out! A cog just took over that building!"

Wacky idea, but what if you could prevent it? Like if he walked in when you were in, you could battle the cog? INSIDE the building!

I forgot to mention that I have been in a building when a cog took it before too.

I've seen cogs take a over a building many, many times,
But I've never been in the building as it was taken over.

Since you made this thread my daughter and I have been laughing at how many bldgs we now watch get taken over. Tonight a cog went into the building we JUST rescued...

i've seen a cog walk into a building. i was like, "WOAH!" and i walked to go in it, but a message popped up saying, "stop! there's a cog in there!"

that was the only time i've seen a cog take over a building.
