When do you use level 7 gags?

I use them in emergencies and when the group i'm with runs out of strong gags. I try to keep them on 0 to go so i'll get them back when I go sad, and i'm guarenteed to have them in emergencies

In emergencies, when gags run low, or when someone is in a hurry. Never used to show off, and I don't solo anything. Also use them for the 12s, just to make it go faster and save sound.

I ussually use them to make things go faster and when I'm in vps with sell ubers.. especially 15 or 25 laff ubers!

I use them when a group I'm with is low on strong gags. I don't know if it counts as an emergency, but I also use lvl 7s when I mess up in the puzzles in DA's.

I prefer to save them, if I can, for emergencies like tonight! Went to the 9 p.m. (CST) VP. First round went peachy. Second round, lure kept missing, and the 55 laffer got sad. What didn't help was that stupid glitch...all 4 cogs hit us both times when lure missed, and even after the last cog hit, I still had 39 laff. Then, all of a sudden, I'm jumping through a hole (that is extremely annoying)?!?!? So...I go and toon-up, restock my gags, and since all my gag tracks were at zero, went and killed about 3 cogs to get all my level 7 gags back. Then I met a few who also had gotten sad and were out for a revenge run! Seven of us went in, FOUR of us came out (2 of us on each side during skelecog round).! As it turned out, I had to use 3 of my level 7 gags. So yeah, I definitely was glad I had those level 7 gags this time! And has anyone else had that happen to them where they had plenty of laff after all the cogs hit and all of a sudden *POOF* you're jumping through a hole?

Also among those who picked emergencies and when I am with a group run out of strong gags. I often do twosies in the DA D, CGC Front Three, and polar place 5 lvl bldgs. If you get one of those 2 doz lvl 10+ type cog bldgs who are overly resistent to lure, or the pop n drop in the cgc won't dole out fogs (which is rare), we have to start digging into our pockets.

Other:

Soloing a building and it becomes necessary to get through it if there are too many large cogs and not using it means forfeiting everything...

Something not listed was because it would be wasted since there's one on the tree. In many cases if i see 12s coming out in a HQ run, I'm going to offer up a train or cake (depending on the toon) since I can always pluck the new one off after.

Last but not least, the unwritten honor system of the DA: If I botch a puzzle, I will use a level 7 on the skelecogs. (IMHO and to paraphrase Worf: one who does not break a 0 to go when they botch a puzzle in the DA is "without honor")

I was in a 5 BUTTON BUILDING today with 3 60-66 toons. I had SOUND and THROW maxed.

These people were going nuts. There was NO coordination. They were being dumb and outta control.

Just to save myself....and I knew I'd be angry if I let these people slaughter my toon....I used both MAX gags.

I was really irritated and 2 of my "friends" who drug me into that building kinda knew I was not real happy cuz I left without too many pleasantries!

I had to say......"stop horsing around" several times and finally said to them as a warning......"LET'S GO BACK TO THE PLAYGROUND" to get their attention. If I hadn't used my 2 level 7 gags... we all would have gone sad and I would have lost my level 7's.

Some people don't care, other people wanna make sure they don't go sad and lose their cool gags. I am the later type!!!

Oops! I forgot buildings and DA puzzles. I use my level 7 squirt when i set the cogs off in DA offices.
