I played Neopets before.. It's boring. I quit when I was a pre-teen,
then I moved on to Toontown. POTC is alright,
but I never really got hooked.

TOOOOOOOOOOOONTTTTTTTOOOOOOOOOOOOWN! =D Toontown is the best in the USA! but um, if u put ALL of the G-rated games, i would have to go with banjo-tooie XD OH! also i saw them fireworks today =D

Yeah POTCO is E10 but it is still good.

I really like Toontown but VMK was also really good too before it closed.

I have never played POTCO, but I played Neopets off and on for years. I finally quit for good last summer. I was OBSESSED. I have a plushie kacheek, a royal cybunny, and a faerie poogle. Lol :P

Well, I don't like POTCO, but Toontown is the only G-rated game I ever played, so I guess its the best for me.

I put two of the above. I liked Neopets, but quit that once I got addicted to TT. It's a good site, but I guess not really the best. I haven't been on that site in a long time now.

Toontown is of course the best for me. As for POTCO, I have never been able to log in and play. But it's also not really G-rated as mentioned by other posters.
