I do think it will come out, unless they make a new cog line. I they do, that would come first. I would like all the boss cogs to come together in the final battle with the cog leader, which in this case is the Chairman, but you never can be positive what Disney is thinking. Yes, I believe there will be a Chairman. For one thing, the CEO wouldn't just mention him if he didn't exist. Also, why would the Chairman need his own cog type? He could just be the leader of all Cogs, or even leader of just the 4 Cog Bosses.

1. That does proves the chairman is real, Cog sewers are like everyday sewers in real life
2. The toontown map is full, so how there's going to be a other playground?(the missing passage in Chip and Dale's areces is going to be part of that palyground, not a passage.)
3. My brother thinks you should pay attion to the cogs more and there's only 4 cogs type and there's alrady bosses for them
4. The VP,CJ,CFO, and CEO are more importiant then the chairman, so they are no way he going to be the boss of all four of them

If TT doesn't release anything new till 2010 not even a playground, they will surely lose a lot of money as peoples interest will go down to TT. People need new and exciting stuff or they just simply get bored and leave which ends up to playing a new game xDD

I'm not sure if they'll ever release new brands of cogs but I am certain they'll add something really cool to TT.
