FOLLOWUP: As many of you know i was not present for cogday. You all have bashed me for about 2 days after the event and my pm box is filled with complaints. Obviously you know i was excited for this event. I logged into toontown about 45-30 minute before the event but my computer crashed shortly after. In the days leading up and following cogday my health was in very bad condition (again.. i wont get into that but im not sure you care either) I logged onto TTC about a month and a half later finding what i expected..exile. Please understand why i wasnt there. And im sure most of you will understand why im not renewing my membership. You most likely wont find me on TTC for much longer. Ive worked with this event for about 3 months. (2 weeks of preplanning before the thread was announced) i obviously was dissapointed because 3 months of my life were wasted.

WELCOME! TO COGDAY MAY 2008!

Our official meeting place is the Toon Schoolhouse. Everybody should gather there aprox. 30 minutes before the event starts. When everything is ready (about 5PM EST) i (Master Spunky Bumpenmuddle) will say "Rock and Roll!" All toons will then go to their appropriate streets. After all toons are in their spots i will come around saying once again "Rock and Roll!" PLEASE DO NOT BEGIN SUMMONING BUILDINGS UNTIL I GIVE THE ROCK AND ROLL PHRASE. Next, take a moment to enjoy this.. it took 2 and a half MONTHS of planning. When i come around saying "You're Toast" Get ready to eat some cog! Ill be taking some screen shots. If anyone else is taking screen shots please PM them to me at the end of the event. Again the district is Screwy Park Until tomorrow! ~Spunky

Hello Toons!

After the huge success of Roon's Cogday me and Cookie1 decided to make another one. In the words of Roon.. Cogbuildings usually dont last more than five minutes. Well we're here to stop that. If you sign up please have atleast one Cog Building to summon on the day of the event. We will also have people summoning cogs and invasions.

THE TIME OF COGDAY WILL BE ON SATURDAY, MAY 31st 2008,
at
2 PM PDT
3 PM MDT
4 PM CDT
5 PM EDT
10PM BST (UK)

NOTE: There has been some confusion on the times and Daylight Savings Time. All the times will remain the same with the exclusion of UK being moved to BST (The proper timezone for this time of year)

The district we are planning on using is Screwy Park. Backups will be decided later

NOTE: The district has been changed from Boingy Harbor to Screwy Park. Please dont get confused. A slightly more populated district would only be better for us.






Post in this thread if you would like the help our goal is to fill up Punchline members. Our goal is to fill up Punchline Place. Then you can be picky on where you want to summon your buildings. If you would like to summon cogs or invasion please PM me rather than posting in the Forum.

If You are unable to summon cogs but you wish to be part of the event. feel free to come along and help the new toons fight!

Finally, If you have complications and will not be able to attend, and your name is on the list. please PM me so I can get you removed. I cant dig through this thread for long!

NOTE: Invasions have been removed. The buildings would be messed up. PLEASE DO NOT SUMMON INVASIONS DURING THE EVENT. IF you MUST summon an invasion please do it atleast HALF AN HOUR after the LAST BUILDING has been defeated.

Hmm.. this seems like it'll be a monthly thing xD. I volunteered already to Roon to host the next one so im not sure when thats gonna be. Maybe April? PM me if you wana discuss times. Its so awesome that so many ppl are gettin involved.

EDIT: Idea.. maybe would could host the May Cogday together? We'll be like Co-Hosts. If you dont mind i wana make the thread though?
