Losing Toon Best Friends

I've had a few friends like that. One of them was an uber bear named Nooblet - I met him randomly on a nameless toon which I wanted to be an uber [in summer 06] . We sfed and later he told me to name it Nooblet. We played together for a while and maxed sell together on those ubers

He stopped playing for about a year and I was so bored without him that I didn't play for SO long because nothing was fun without him. We did almost everything together. He came back last summer for a bit, and we got contact outside the game, so we still talk alot

This summer he came back again, for our new uber twins.. well supposed to be uber twins Busset Babii & Cutty Buddy, but I got way ahead of him

Earlier on this thread I mentioned 3 of my friends, Well I found one of them today by CJ & re-friended him.
It was SO freaky, I couldn't believe it!!

This halloween seems to be haunting me already!

Call me selfish if you will. But I have priorities too. I do like helping people, but after a while I want to do something for myself, too.

Oh I've had to lose a lot of those friends too and some I had for months. I don't like toons who constantly ask you to tp to them from the moment they log on. Like it was said, sometimes I have an agenda too.

Hmm i have two BTFs sheriff pinky a pink mouse and crazy rainbow a blue bunny. i met crazy on this site acctually we sfed and we have alot in common its soo cool. Pinky on the other hand was my friend since i was uhhhh 43 laff i think but shes never ever on, the last time we played was like a month ago. shes not an sf. They're soo cool oh and Crazy Rainbow if your reading this congrats on you 100th laff point im not going to leave you alone bout it!!

I guess the good news is that I've been picking up a lot of new friends in the mean time. We spent pretty much the whole time together in TT, and I was perfectly content.

I think I read that a "friend addiction" takes 3 weeks to get over. Almost 1 week in, and I guess it will get easier. I hope so.

I had a friend named Doctor Binky Crunchygoober. He had like 50 laff when I had 30 or something. He was an awesome friend. He bought me stuff like Bow and my favorite phrase as of now. Then 1 day I didn't see him online. And for about 6 months, he was gone. THEN one day he came back on and I was so happy . I've had many friends leave TT, but some came back. *cough* Master Tricky *cough*

well, I actually have a story on this one lol.

A few months ago, in December or January I think, my brother was playing toontown. He told me to come to the computer, because he had just made a new sf named Gag Master. "that's a funny name" I thought to myself as I logged on to my account. My brother asked if I wanted to sf him. I said why not since most of my friends from before I quit didn't go on very much.
After a few weeks, me, Gag Master, and my brother were the inseperable team. We did everything together, and we always had a lot of fun.

then around March, I stopped playing TT, so did my brother. We lost total contact with Gag Master.

but then, around July or August, me and my brother started up TT again. A few weeks passed, we were very sad that we had lost Gaggy. but then, one day, my brother was on TT, and he saw the pink message that said "Gag Master is coming online" my brother told me to log on really fast.
I literally screamed when I saw Gag Master on XD

so that's my story.

I know.. and not to hurt feelings.. I just want to come online and play ALONE.
I just want to do a task by myself or with differ toons what ever it takes.. But.. I just want to do it alone....... and its hard to tell others to go away.. because were freinds. or what ever..... we need to create a code to simply say...... alone bye. sorry.. leave me alone.. i can do this........ alone.

Yeah I used to be regular friends (not SFs) with a pig named Dottie. She was the most awesome toon i have ever met! We always had loads of fun together.

Then, she didn't really come online much anymore. After a few months of never being on TT, one night, she came online. I was sooooo happy! But she didn't stay on very long. Then after a long time, I looked on my friends list to see if maybe she had deleted me. Her name was gone, along with all of her other lower toons I was friends with. I guess she got rid of her TT account. I miss her alot.

It is really sad whenever you lose a good friend, in TT or RL.

I just recently lost two SFs that were close to me, but I got over them, and I moved on to better toons who don't betray you. I seem to X people if they demand a lot and try to make me be with them every moment I'm online.

Everyone's story is so sad. I have a similar one but probably more my fault. I made friends with a blue cat named Royalty. I was kind of a loner but once we made friends he/she always said hi, we sent gifts back and forth, he/she joined me or asked me to join him/her. Most importantly, he/she always put a smile on my face...but then life got busy, I ended up taking a couple months break and now that I'm back I never seem him/her. I'm a loner again, but I miss my toon friend!
edit: this is really weird, after not seeing Royalty for a couple weeks, my friend signed on last night and we had a great (but unfortunately short) chat. Maybe they took a break too? Just glad to have them back ( :

Anywayz.......I used to have a REALLY great friend named Funny Bunny. She coudln't SF but we were really close. I was 30 laff when we met. We did a factory but then went sad. Then we laughed and became friends. Everytime she was on she heleped me on my tasks. Then starting at May (I think?) she never came on anymore. The last time she came on was in June. She wasnt herself anymore. I mean, usually when the cogs hit us she would go "Uh oh!" But she didn't. All she said was "Don't Worry." Then she started helping her other friend. I think she did it on purpose because right after she did it she logged off. AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN SAY BYE! ;_; ThenI lost Jasmin. I got her back but all my friends were gone. I was really sad to see Funny Bunny go. Then I permanantly lost Jasmin. So now I can never see Funny Bunny again.

I had a TON of SFs once. Then I kinda took a break from Toontown. [I didn't really think of it, I just sorta got bored and stopped playing] Then when I started playing again, none of them where ever on...so I've deleted most of them.

But yeah, Toontown does go on...

Back when I was still a free member on TT.. I had two great friends named Duke Peanut Thundermush and Master Zany Poodleroni.. both dogs.
We were all 34 laff, and had 3 gag tracks maxed. We were always in River.. fighting cogs during invasions for experience points, and waiting around for a cog building to drop. I remember there was this big Hollywood invasion and whenever you heard the whistle, toons would literally run everywhere.
Good old times..

Duke Peanut started to become inactive.. and at 100+ laff, he just never came on. I had to move on.. so I xed him.
Master Zany Poodleroni and I actually subscribed in the SAME DAY. Valentine's Day.
I came on and I was so thrilled to see all the playgrounds and explore more of TT.
Then, he came on, and I was in DD. He tped to me, and I thought, "Oh, he can't come through. He's a free member." and he pops up right in front of my eyes!
We were both like, "Wow! Cool! We did it! Yay!" It was hilarious.
We never got to sf though. I didn't have sfs till 60-ish laff, and I don't think he knew how to sf.
He also became inactive, and his subscription ended. I renewed mine. He came on with a sad face and told me, "Sorry, I can't."
If I remember correctly, he stopped at 66 or 67 laff. He was also going to be soundless.
After that, he never got on, and I decided I had to move on.. so I xed him.

TT isn't the same without them, because if I never met them, I would've never had gone into those buildings in TTC. I would've never been able to max TU, throw, and squirt at 34 laff.
I don't cry about it, but I still think about them occasionally.
