Sorta account related question - and I realize this isn't a Disney forum =P

Okay, so I have a weird scenario I thought I would run by everyone and see if maybe someone could shed some light on it before I have to call tech support, which is annoying for anything.

I have two accounts. One of which I am pretty sure I created through Comcast.net's "Disney Connection" which back a couple of years ago, gave a couple free hours a month for TT. I have another account which I am pretty sure I paid for at SOME point. Don't know if it makes a difference, but the comcast one might have been the one I paid for eventually. ANYWAYS with that background info out of the way...

So two accounts. I log in randomly the other day, after not having done so for either in probably several years literally, and both let me in without a credit card. ONE ACCOUNT, unfortunately the lower LP one, is completely full featured, no problems at all. The other one is like, a trial account or something, and it won't let me do certain things like Trolly in some playgrounds, and add SFs, ect. But I don't know why one account is fine and the other isn't. Any ideas? I wanna use my 80ish guy instead of my 50ish =P Preferably without paying for either.
