That is toontown telling you that the credit card used to start your account needs to be updated. They are looking to get paid.
Go to Toontown's main page, click member services and change the credit card that is on file. Or just call them with a new credit card number.

I would so call Disney simply because I've received similar emails for a different program, and it turned out to be a spam email, I was adviced the the different company if they had sent it the header would read "Dear (your name here), ect..." not "dear company player" ect.
So to avoid accidentally giving away information to the wrong people, the best thing is to call directly to Disney...hopefully it's a simple issue as above posters said, just a wrong expiration date or something easily corrected. Good luck! |
