Just do what it says . It's possible it is as simple as the credit card on account has expired. That happened to me last year when my subscription came due. I forgot to update TT with my new experation date and they couldn't charge my card.

EDIT: If that isn't the problem then I would call them rather than e-mail them since credit card information is involved. Good luck.

That is toontown telling you that the credit card used to start your account needs to be updated. They are looking to get paid.

Go to Toontown's main page, click member services and change the credit card that is on file. Or just call them with a new credit card number.

Make sure the credit card number you gave them isn't expired. If it isn't then you should call the dealer of the card to rectify the situation. If it IS expired then you need to enter a dif credit card.

It just means that for some reason they can't take money out of your credit/debit account.

All you need to do is log-in to the toontown website, an update your card information. There isn't a point in calling them.

Either the card your using has expired, or for some reason your/your families credit card company is rejecting charges on the card for one reason or another. Final thing is, just enter a new one that works.

Dude your (or parents) credit card has expired. Nothing to worry about just have you or your parents renew their card or just use a different one.

I would so call Disney simply because I've received similar emails for a different program, and it turned out to be a spam email, I was adviced the the different company if they had sent it the header would read "Dear (your name here), ect..." not "dear company player" ect.
So to avoid accidentally giving away information to the wrong people, the best thing is to call directly to Disney...hopefully it's a simple issue as above posters said, just a wrong expiration date or something easily corrected.

Good luck!
