Well, I'm one of those that could go out, but I get bored easily and it's no fun. I have no social life, even before TT, so exercise isn't my thing. It just serves no real interest other than fresh air for me to be out. Maybe if I had some good rl friends, I might, but unlikely to happen. But yes, some people do need to hear this.

BTW, I'm not fat, maybe a little overweight, but not much. I also don't care much about my weight, as long as I control it where it is.

good thread i must say....BUT!!! wat about people that CANT go see friends somedays? even everyday or anyday? they rely on school to see them, or they live to far away? wat if you have NOTHING to do around u? im not a person that sits around tt all day. i sleep as late as i can in the summer, or i have school. i have a part time night job. but any free time i get is hard to spend with friends or outside. so i use my freetime on tt. and my job is outside so i do go outside. but another good way to have a social life is to get a cell phone, it always works to talk to friends, especially friends to far away to see. and btw, im not overweight. im at the right weight.

Don't call my life bad, I love TT and I can spend my time on it.

I totally agree with Chester about these threads.

If TT is how I make my life enjoyable, so it goes.

yea..me and my friends are probrolly at the lowest in the "popularity scale" and most of the kids in our team think were dorks, but idc we still have fun :-) popularity dsnt matter...its ur friends and how you spend your childhood years..not what others think of you

I am a Toontown Addict, and play at least 30 hours a week. I get plenty of exercise- in fact- I am a bit too skinny.

Let us live our lives the way we want to! Please!!

I actually liked this post. Really honest. But, just to let you know, you will make good friends somewhere in life, if you go out more. The more you go out, the more people you meet, and eventually you would make some close/good friends.

That's funny, because I used to feel the exact same way a couple of summers ago, when I was REALLY addicted to Toontown. I had the attitude of "I have fun on Toontown, so I don't really care to go outside to have fun." Trust me, that's part of the addiction. You think it's all good that you sit on the computer all day, because you are having fun, but then one day you realize how dumb you were for that... It hit me last summer(which was the summer after I was really addicted Toontown) I was going out with my friends EVERYDAY, and I realized, wow I can't believe I missed out on all of the things I could have been doing with friends, just because I wanted to max my cartoon character out. I could have had so many more great times, but I didn't, because I was so caught up in an animated computer game...

I'm really not trying to judge anyone here. You CAN do what you want with your life, and if you're having tons of fun playing Toontown, and don't care to go out, that's fine. I can't say much since I was the same way. But, I can tell you that those fun times you have outside are a lot more fun, and memorable than the ones you experience online, and I can say that, because I've had fun in both worlds.

I see where you're coming from.

But you really don't know what has happened in the past year.

Trust me, I used to be a jock until I moved and everything went downhill and decided i'll just wait until they move me again.

Both of these are COMPLETELY opposite...showing that TOontown means more to some people...addiction...play because your bored....play cause ur frnds do..or play because u got nothing else to do and u think ur overwieght

That said ... you do make a point, our friend here maybe is taking to heart other people's lives/choices a bit too seriously. It is our life, no one elses ( i.e. it's not our parents, not our teachers, not our friends, not the media's... it is ours and we decide how to live it ).

Well im sorry but I dont agree with u ur right about everyone else but are parents have a say
