First and formost, I wouldn't give even your Toontown account name to anyone here just to let you know.
And, second, You can call Disney's customer service representatives to get you your account's information back to you faster and more reliable (on timeing) than asking over E-Mail. It could be a week before you get an E-Mail from Toontown back into your inbox. I can PM you the Phone number for Disney's Official customer service if you'd like. Just PM me. And, third, theirs a account retreavement link on Toontown's website. Go to PLAY NOW, then, below the log-in, select FORGOT PASSWORD? and they will ask you for your account name, and so on. I hope this helps answer your question. If not, PM me and I'll help you as much more as I possible can.

This person forgot their account name, not password. So retrieving a password is not what they want, as they remember that.
Yeah, calling Disney or asking on live chat would be best, as Treehouse stated. |
