Have you ever wonder, who made Flippy? Who played Flippy? And has he ever been played while other toons were online? If you have answers to these questions please reply. If you have more question about Flippy post them here, too.

He was made by the toontown devs and was never played period. He's just like a toontown icon.

Devs made him. He's an NPC, a NON playing character. Simple as that.

That would be cool if he did come online and helped people xD.
This is how he would me, acording to my thoughts:

Laff: 137 (Maxxed)
Doodle: Fluffy (Maxxed)
Toon-up: Maxxed
Trap: Maxxed
Lure: Maxxed
Sound: Maxxed
Throw: Maxxed
Sqiurt: Maxxed
Drop: Maxxed

I'd think he would have the gags :P.

Not to be mean, I hate Flippy importanaters(o.O;; Can't spell). THEY THINK THEY'RE BE GREATER THAN THE FLIFFPY. HA.

Plus some Flippys don't have toon-up. Flippy has toon-up, from SOS, VP.

Flippy is a Toontown Developed Toon to help in the toontasks in TTC, and in the steps to get to TTC playground. He's never been played, but he has been made multiple times. He's a computer program, nothing more, nothing less.

Yeah I kinda know that. It's just the commercials that throw me off. But yes, he has been made numberous of times, I even knew a toon that did that.

The commercials for Toontown on TV advertizes for the game and Flippy, was just their choice to show. They could have done any old toon or new toon they'd like but, instead, they'd like to show the Toony side of Toontown by showing Toontown's leader. That would be Flippy by the way (many toons here don't know who Flippy is). It also kind of appeals to dog loving children, hence that Toontown is a children's (G-Rated) game (more for children than adults, but many adults do play it).

My simple point is, the commercials show Flippy battling cogs, and running, etc. which he cannot do on Toontown. It's a gimmick to show more of Toontown to the TV viewing audience and to show about a toon they can create themselves.

wow..i think i have seen one dev before. but it was just a random toon. they used drop, but when it showed them dancin they didnt have drop. and they didnt use an sos. and this was in a building btw
