Of course it is real. But, it is a fake user anyone can tell by that. Disney has told Toontown not to give toon's choices of names such as Flippy, Lil' Oldman, Mickey Mouse, etc. because of Disney copyrights and the user using a toon with a Disney created/copyrighted name like Flippy, would be in trouble with Disney (from what Disney released officially). Most of the time, toon names slip through Toontown's developers and the toon gets created. It is most likely a toon who has seen Flippy before and created another account to look exactly like Flippy.

Basicly, it is fake and is just another person copying Disney Inc.'s Toons.

Hmm says it all, Dev short for Developer, they have toons for themselves, they can manipulate their toons anyway they like.

I've seen ones with 25laffs maxed gags, and even one with 137laff back when 125ish laff was top, usually they have full 7 gags, but even that can be altered.

Considering the Devs created the NPC's like Flippy, they can certainly make one for themselves if they wanted too, so stands to reason ther could be one a dev can control.

Even remember once reading story about a Dev that went in VP, 20laffs with full gag set, what was more amazing is that they didn't lose a single laff all of VP, seems they have even more tricks up their sleeves, and yes they did get hit, and was not good a dodge VP jump either! There were backup pics showing this too.

Anyone can create a toon like that back in the Beta days.

And, you could get all gags in the Beta days, so really, that Flippy could be a fake one.

His real color is blue,his on the "No Color" reward in that pic and yes he is a TTC member was the 1st person to solo CJ and the founder of TCB,but he quit TT last year because he was bored of it,btw he is currently on B.K.
