Toons who come into buildings without gags

It makes me really mad when toons slip into the elevator for a 5 Floor Building and when the battles start you realize that toon has no gags. I've had this happen to me mutiple times and deafeating the building made it a lot harder than it should have been. TT shouldn't let you go into buildings if you don't have any gags.

It feels like they're just using you for they're toontasks or cog points.


Am I the only one that feels this way?

Oh dear! That's not very good. I haven't done many buildings. (After the LOM task I was done buildings for good! lol)
I was lucky one time.
I was about to go into a building, we needed one more toon.
A dog come and after a few minutes says "Got gags?" I say yes, because I was almost positive I had gags. I checked, and I didn't! I said "Oops! I need more gags. Thanks!" He said "HeeHee!" And I went to get gags.
Sometimes they may not realized they don't have gags, but I see what you mean. They shouldn't be using you.

I forgot my gags sometime especially, when I'm in hurry to go somewhere right away after logging in. I always stock my gags before log out so I get used to. however, when I play at night and very sleepy, i will just log off with out buying gags.

I also found myself in the same situation as you many times. Some peole they just want free rides. They don't care about gags they just want to finish tasks or sometime just want to annoy others people.

You can really tell the difference between someone who gets on thinking they have gags and someone who just wants a free ride. The people who think they have gags apologize and keep saying sorry..etc and try to help as much as they can. The free ride toons dont say anything or laugh and just dont help in any way. and I dont do this often, but those toons will not make it through the building..there are no free rides with me.

You think THAT is frustrating? Try having a toon come to the VP and all he does is call his doodle because he is an 85 laffer with no gags. Plus, when you go into the factory afterwords, he is the same way. "Gagless." This was one of the worst VPs. The dog also took no part in the pie round, where 4 other toons were the only ones taking part in helping me.

Anyways, if anyone expects to make it out alive with no gags and a toon named Little Pickles on their run, you should run the momment you see me.

This happened to me fairly recently. I went into a 4 story building alone and at the last second another toon jumped on. I said hello, how r u doing? but got absolutely no response so I thought ooo this'll be fun-NOT! So of course we get to the cog on the first floor and this toon was about a 35 laff and had absolutley no gags whatsoever. Now I'll help anybody out-I'm not a meany. But this toon obviously knew she had no gags and was totally unfriendly so I let her die. Yes I felt mean doing it but I'm so sick of these toons expecting a free ride-not fair.

Last night my little sister was playing toontown. She had lots of gags but kept passing. When I asked her why, she said she didn't want to waste gags.

This condition has worsened since Toontown was reopened to the freeloaders. (non paying toons). I'm beginning to get annoyed.

My usually feel bad whenever a toon with me goes sad and do my best to take care of whoever is with me (even on boss runs). But me thinks me has to rethink this and not care as much for those stinkers that show up gagless and empty laff.

I would suggest just playing normally. Since they dont have gags they cant mess up your gag choices.

And you can have them there so the cogs wont always target you.

And dont have to give them a tu

Remember though, folks, that sometimes those toon who do things that are really stupid, like going into a building with no gags, are actually very small kids or not very bright kids who really don't know how to play the game. I've heard of cases where the little ones "play" their brothers/sisters/parents toons and take them into buildings because that's what they've seen other family members do, and that's what they think toons do! It's not that they're looking for a "free ride" or anything, they just don't know they're supposed to have/use gags.

Personally, I will never let another toon purposely go sad, no matter how badly they're playing, because I hate the thought of some little kid somewhere in tears because their toon "died." And I get "stinked" for that a lot, believe me. Yep, sorry, I'm "too nice."

I usually solo in quiet districts or with friends. If I go as a smaller toon in a busier district, I check gags first and NEVER stay on the elevator if someone jumps on. If their gags look good I'll go back on. I've seen toons loading up with just one gag run to toons hanging by buildings. The latter dont check and are in for a surprise.

I know, I hate it when that happens. And I've even tried to tell people they don't have gags by saying "got gags" and lots of times they still don't bother to check or they know and are just out to be annoying. I know I've done it before though. Not intentionally of course. I just completely forget I don't have gags and am horrified to realize I don't once I'm in the midst of battle. That's only happened once or twice though.

We'd play well together . If the gagless toon doesn't say much or just follows me around I assume it is a youngster as you mentioned. If I am not busy I'll take them in the mint to play the puzzles so they stay off the elevator while high laffs are trying to board.
As someone mentioned earlier it is pretty easy to tell if it is a freeloader/griefer or possibly just an innocent mistake. I have accidently run back to a friend after running around the playground for laffs and completely forgot to regag...
To the OP... I don't know anyone who enjoys true freeloaders.
