Just a reminder...

I decided to visit the "Greetings and Goodbyes" forums and noticed several toons who have just joined TTC a few days ago and had absolutely no reply to their "hello, Im new..." threads.

So I just wanted to remind everyone here to have some fun and check the Greetings and Goodbyes forums from time to time. I hate to c poor little toons joining us without a friendly welcome, or even worse someone having a really bad day because they're leaving TTC and TT without the support of all of their friends to say goodbye.

I am guilty of it too, so Im totally not here to yell at all of u lol Cuz I do the same thing and forget to check them.

So lets all try to remember to give the new toons a warm and friendly TTC welcome!

Lol, I was just looking at the Greeting's and Good-bye's thread this morning and I realized that alot of people always view the threads about the new ttc members but never seem to welcome them.

I myself never really post in the greeting/good-bye forum but I'll try to be a little nicer and say hi. =]

I completely agree.
Although once I respond to one, I feel guilty if I don't say something to the others and I think everyone deserves at least my welcome and hello!

Well, hundreds of members join everyday. Most don't make "Hello" threads though. And what if they all did? Would we have to greet them?

I love to greet one or two, but not all of the newer members.

Yes that would be impossible, but it isn't hard to just say

Hello!
Welcome to TTC!

to the people who made threads and are on the front page.

Yeah, I never did, but not sure if it matters. I figured out how to get around, but my friend on here hasn't. And do most of those new members who post threads there even go back to see what people have written? Not enitrely too sure about that.

Off topic-do like 100 members really join each day? I don't think that's completely accurate-I know its just a guesstimate but if it's true or close to that I never would have guessed. I thought like maybe 10 each day or something.

On topic-
Often I view the threads but never say "hello" I will say hi more often now.
