Hello all.
TUless toons, beware that there are griefers that are in Nutty river, that appear to be fishing for grizzly bear. If they see a TUless toon, they will say stuff like "you need more laff points" and Cat "got you tounge". even a combo of "I found what you need" and "You need more laff points". If someone could, come over here and teach them a lesson.
UPDATE: one has left. they are black cats, and are hanging around the same dock.

GREAT. the second one came back. >_<

This happens all the time. It's not anything new.

Any type of toon that doesn't have gags that others think are "neccessary for survival" (TU, Lure, or Sound) then you will most likely get griefed. The point of making these toons is to challenge the user behind the toon, but others just want to get through the game as easy as they can, not even worrying about what happens to others.

Over the summer your going to see the griefer amount increase enormously.

As DOS said.

This has been going on forever.

But ranting may take little frustration off.

I see where you're coming from.

Notifying some Toon-up less toons about a griefer in this area will do nothing.

Welcome to the 2000's

It's a Fish eat fish world out there.

You know, I think ive seen them before.
I dont remember the names.
They were harrasing a rabbit, and the rabbit said "Act your age!".
I was really clueless, and I just asked them where a building was so I could finish my toontask, and one came up to me and said "Keep smiling".

I think I met the same toons and they did stink me. They tried to show off their laffs by stunk me and change to another toon and stunk me again. All of their toon are 105+ laffs.

My little toon wasn't even TULESS, he's dropless and was minding his own business fishing in the pond for fun.

I think to deal with this kind of toons, you have to ignore them. If you act anything to respond them, they will keep going on and on.

105 isnt even much these days. You can still be doing DDL tasks at 110.

I wonder why they think they're so special. btw I'm waiting for an invasion at the center silo on my 38 laff uber. He's alone and at full laff. Hello Walrus griefers! *wave*

In this case, I would just say "Good for you!", "Works for me.", and "Good grief.". Those are my essential phrases for griefers.

By chance, the toons are lower laffpoints than me (not that I care) and don't want to be mean to a higher laff. (It is them who really care.)

Well some of their toon were higher but the highest laff was 115. So i think they want to show off the they have higher laffs than toons that are smaller because I went back on my big toon and went to the same PG and District but no whispering at all.

They just want to bully little toons for their amusement, I guess.

104 is good enough for me.
This was a while ago, but they said "Lets go into a cog building!" "what toontask are you working on?". I obviously knew it was elevator shuffle, so I said "That'll learn ya!" "I wouldnt if I were you"

I've seen 115 laff toons standing by 4lvl bldgs waiting for help. Numbers mean nothing. If they have to make a big noise about it they can't be very confident in their skills.

I know this is overused, but just ignore them. Eventually they'll get bored if you don't show them any response. They're obviously lacking in general thinking skills: not every toon needs to be "dropless or trapless". That would be boring.
Think of them as immature little kids with no friends, so they take out their real life frustrations on other innocent toons. Makes me laugh every time & pretty soon I forget about them. :P

I played toontown for plenty of time and I can tell you that they have no life See this is how it works. In real life they are scrawny and losers so they go on an online game and bully people with speedchat phrases. I guarentee by replying you are just fueling the grief, just keep on walking. Toonup isn't necessary, some of the greatest toontown players are toonupless. I wouldn't get involved in a speedchat fight, it just makes you really angry and it's too hard to get points across. People will tell you that you need more laff points, but it's just how life works. People pick on newer people/toons. I remember when I was lower laff, people were pretty rude to me. But once I got to a really high laff people started being really nice to me. It's just how it works, unless you want to progress through toontown with a group of friends.

i have an arsenal of phrases to counter stinkers for my 108 toonupless.
sometimes when they say "i think you should choose tu" i return with

" i think you should choose tu "

that always stops them in their tracks

its like grrr "i think you should use toonup"
OH YEAH?! well "i think YOU should use toonup"
it kinda leaves them thinking like "but i have toonup im supposed to be teasing you"

or if they seem too smart for that i pick the gag that they left out and stink them about that:

"i think you should use toonup"
OH YEAH?! well "i think you should use DROP!"

i really do love griefers when its just phrase teasing.
