they need to give us a saying that says "sorry, i was dissconnected".... i was booted from the game 3 times today in the last hour.... each time in a building( i already posted in the bug report forum) i just feel bad for the friends i left to fight.... i want them to know it was due to no fault nor decision of my own..... the first time i was booted i had just picked the wedding cake to use on the cogs of the 5th floor of that building(in ddl). then i got booted before i could use it. i dont want them to think i changed my mind about using such an "expensive" gag that i exited out.... i would never do that. when i got back on... they had all went sad.... i felt bad....

ok... well thanks for reading my rant.... i feel alittle better

I agree. I've gotten disconnected a lot today, too, and I feel terrible leaving the toons I was fighting with. I don't want them to think I just left because I didn't like them, or something like that.

Is it seriously a TT problem? I read so many posts about disconnecting and I was thinking it may be that I went wireless and I was going to hard wire this computer. But, if it is TT how can we tell?

I disco'd during a VP battle yesterday after running for a long time... I hear ya. I feel terrible and wish I could say something better than "Sorry, I had to leave unexpectedly".

It is a TT problem. I have tried to stay connected on 2 different computers using 2 different wireless routers.

Another weird thing is when going to NR, one time it has the warning and the next time when I click to tp to my friend in NR it tells me what district I am in and do I want to tp to NR. So definately a TT problem.

LOL, I just disconnected from TT again but I am still connected to the internet.

The same thing happened to me last night, i finally got a good group of toons to do a DA office with and about the 4th or 5th floor i was disconnected. I was soo angery too cause it was one of the few times when i landed in River and needed those invasions. Needless to say i had to start all over today

I have disconnected several times today and each time I did, NR went from red (before disco) to green (when I signed back on). I was able to get right into NR, but shortly thereafter it would go red again. This means it is very widespread and definitely a TT rather then an individual issue.

Not sure if it was just us, but I noticed with my friends it was those of us on the east coast who seemed to be having all the disconnects...then again, maybe that was just a fluke.

It's Toontown. I was not on wireless and my internet was not drop because I was sending a file with my friend and it wasn't failed at all.

Another time I was chatting with my friend through th chatbox and toontown kickd me out saying that my internet connection was broken. So I went to chat with my friend at ChatBox and everything was fine.

It could be that there're too many people in one server more than the limited capacity the server itself just kicks users out to make the server more breathable...Just my guess though.

It's ALL districts. Every time I d/c, I come up in a different district (Boingy Summit, Loony Bluffs, Kookywood, etc.) and still d/c. I've even gone to districts where I've seen no one else there and still get d/c'd. At least they're working on it atm.

well going into a busy district does increase your chances of being d/c'd that's a definite
but about being d/c'd a lot lately, its true...definetly a bug they need to get fixed.
besides toontown's errors and glitches in could also be your internet connection
do you use wireless? or do you connect to the internet from some external source?
it could be that your internet is the one with the issues rather than toontown itself

It has been happening a lot to me this week too. I have been afraid to go in BBHQ because I might not be able to finish and it puts the others in there at a disadvantage if I lose connection to the server. I really we are able to get this resolved soon so that I can play again.

My problem is fixed! On one of the posts someone posted about "port triggering" and gave specific instructions. I did what they said and have had no problems since. I even fought the CEO last night (and won) without losing my connection. I wish I could remember who posted the instructions because I owe that person a debt of gratitude.
