"Help! I've been banned/suspended!"

Hi

I was playing it earlier and I restetted my cmputer and the it said i was banned and i dont know what i did.

All ive done is said numbers to this girl (we were saying numbers) and the word "stalker". please help me!!! What am I supposed to do???????? Im scared

You're not banned, you've been suspended for 3 days. You were most likely suspended for saying the numbers, and they thought you were giving your phone number out or something.

There's really nothing you can do but wait for 3 days, or you can email them to make sure you got suspended for saying the numbers or for something else.

So, let me get this straight, instead of taking you to a page that says something like "sorry your account has been temporarily suspended etc etc", you just get a message that says your typing in your user info incorrectly? That's ridiculous. How do you find out if you are suspended then?

welll i installed it to my computer so i just typed in my password and it said it was incorrect so i sent a email and it told me everything and then it still didnt work so i went ot the toontown website and typed it in and then they told me. kinda stupid

ok i was talking 2 one of my sfs and i said i "lived in the south" im not sure if they thought anything about that. and then we were talking about canada. im scared what do i need to do?

Well, chances are they won't unsuspend you before the 72 hours are up. It's pretty rare that they unsuspend anyone. Like I said, you can email them, and they might give you a reason.

There's really no reason to be scared. However there's not much else you can do but wait the 3 days. Your toons are safe, as well as everything else (friends list, etc). Waiting 3 days can be annoying but it's Disney's rules. :/

ok and ive heard that sometimes poeple cant get on when the suspension is up. would this happen to me? i miss toontown already. im gonna go crazy

It can. But, I think then you really need to email them or call them. It's not a problem until it happens though.

ok i remember how agrivatting it was for my dad to get though to cancel my account 3 years ago imagine it now.

I just got suspended today for telling a new sf what state I lived in.. she then proceeded to ask for my address and I told her no and that I wouldn't give out that information. She made a big fuss about it so I deleted her.. hence, I am suspended. What a waste of time.. :[ Luckily I can still play on my sister's account.. still grinds my gears.

you shouldnt go any further than asking about time zones and countries. thats all i do cuz i dont like giving out what state i live in.

I just got one and I've heard you have to call the hotline (well your parents do) and then the suspension starts.

OK,
So late Monday night,I tried to logg into Toontown,And,it said I was suspended for 72 hours.
Ive talked to friends,And,they say that I should receive a E-mail within 24hours of the supension.
Well,its been over 24 hours,Still no E-mail.
My Mom has called sevral times,And,they wont tell us at all.
Ive heard you can get suspended for no reason,Im starten to think its a mistake or either I got reported.
I dont know at this point.
But,ide like a reason why Im suspeded,so I know not to do whatever I did.If I did do something wrong.
Has this happend to anyone before????
And,How do You get answers from disney?
