If you email them asking why you were suspended, they will give you a standard form email with part of a chat log of things you said. If you respond to the email they send you, all you will get back is another standard form email. It took 2 days for me to get a response from them. Good luck!

I have just gotten suspended from tt and they have not sent me an email yet saying why. I have emailed them 3 times already and have not even gotten a reply back saying they have received one. I am not sure if I got suspended because of saying <removed> or asking for my friends <removed> or because i reported someone and tt went to look but saw nothing wrong with the toon. Or maybe someone reported me idk

I've been banned/suspended. I'm extremely careful of what I say on there. Since I didn't get an email on why I did get banned/suspended, my only guess is that, it backfired on me, I guess. Yesterday, I reported a toon for repeatidly saying, "You stink" "Please go away" "Dont be mean" "That wasn't nice" "You look nice" "No!!!!" etc. He added me a few times, and then left my friends list, the second or third time he asked I finally said no. It was extremely annoying, I'm against the "Report button" but I thought I'd give it a shot. Obviously I was wrong. I think it was wrong that I get banned/suspended and he didn't. He annoys not only me, but my friends too. What do you guys think I should do?

My daughter's TT account has been suspended for 72 hours.

The girl was really nice though they account is still suspended. I still do not know what happened to my dd's account. I sent an email to community@disneyonline.com also. It's very aggravating! I tried to log in today and a thing came up telling me to read all the terms of use, then it told me I wasn't following the rules. I have no clue what I did! I'm nice to people in the game. I think I'm going to email them and ask them what it's all about.

I emailed them a couple days ago inquiring about my suspension and still have not received a reply. :/ I'm not suspended anymore but I would really like a reason WHY I was suspended. It seems they've already started their holiday weekend. Actually, it seems like every day is a holiday for them.

It is pretty weird that some one would just get suspended for no reason. It could possibly be because you reported someone, and it backfired on you. Toontown is always very "busy" once I've waited on the phone over an hour just for the them to tell me they couldn't do anything and that I'd have to call a different number. It's true, it always seems like they are on a holiday.

I just got banned for some unknown reason . I just got in my new bank, fishing pole and closet. I went to the Brrgh to get some new fish species when on my way to Walrus Way when a friend asked for a ride to the River. I stopped until she teleported to me and said one of her smaller toon friends was being left to die in a building with 2 bigger toons. I replyed to her omg that stinks, and told her to come to us and we would help her. Now we have 2 accounts, one for me and the kids and one for my wife and the kids second toons. My wife had gone to the store, so i told my friend to wait and i'll let the kids on my computer and i'll switch to her computer. I logged off on my computer walked to her computer tried to log on when it stated that my account has been suspened for 72 hrs. I tried to contact them with an E-mail asking for a reason and a copy of the chat logs to warrent this suspension and phone call to find out what, why and where something occured against disney's rule to initate a suspension of 72hrs.

Weird Bug
OK im not sure if this goes here.
Well when i go to log in i enter my username and password and it says they r incorrect. Ive asked them for my password and i was entering the right thing. Anyone know what this is? EDIT: OMG nvrmind i found out i was suspended
