"Help! I've been banned/suspended!"

HI maxie p speaking, and i need major help, now i was supened 4 three days but, that this was my 2nd ban i need 2 clean my room and then after that ineed to wait a month till i get tt bak but, i figured out the password and user name now it says call this number and it lists the number, do yuo guys think i should call the number or just wait it out? p.s. im making a poll soon xD

1. Pizza was a Codework for Hack in 2006 when that BBHQ Hack came out.
2. If you got an error, than u put in the wrong password, try ur Parent password instead of the Password ur parent made for Disney.com.
3. You can get suspended for stupid things these days. For Ex and Also 4 a warning, Dont ask 4 some1's age, Where they live, They're "Full" Name, (Not even their first.) their phone #,Any numbers like counting bc they'll think its a Phone #, Or ever say the Pizza Mess again. Remember, Im not stopping you from saying it, just be smart and dont do it.

I hope these "WARNINGS" Helped, if they dont work, idk whats wrong with your account, I did these things and I stayed unsuspended.

1 more thing, DONT PUT IN YOUR DISNEY ID, PUT IN YOUR PARENTS EMAIL ADRESS AND PARENT PASS. If u do the Error thing too many times, then ur account will be stuck in error for 3 more days.

If you got the 3 day suspension, you're not banned (DUH) you just gotta wait 3 days and some hours to get unsuspended. If they ask for you parent password and Disney ID, then you did something that violated the house rules and have to get your parent to help.

Ahh Almost forgot. If you're a kid, (Which im sure you are) You WILL need your parents info and stuff, but if you put in an adults birthday, you will have to wait just 3 days. So Next time you make an account or a friend does, make sure you put the age over 18 so you wont have to deal with the "OMG Im Banned" stuff anymore.

I got banned a while a long time ago for using <a macro>. It doesn't work anymore though. So If I was you, I wouldn't waste my time trying to use it. :P

I got suspended for 3 days and it was for: Bad word, Name, Age, and borrowing someones account. :/ People do that all the time though. And now he changed his password to something else. :/ :\ :|

Actually I only got a warning a 1 day suspension and a 3 day one and I have my last chance on the line. That is only 4

I went to log into my account this morning and got a message that my account had been suspended for 72 hours. I did not receive an email explaining why this was done. I called them and the person I spoke with had no idea why either. On their suggestion, I emailed community@disneyonline.com for the details. I was also given a number to call and leave a message, which I also did. The interesting part was the person told me the message number was in Southern California, yet the area code is in Oregon. After pointing that out to her, I was informed that I was wrong. lol

For those who want to come up with some wild reason(s) my account was suspended, here are a few facts about my account:

1. I am an adult (I even have an adult child) and have full access to all aspects of my account.
2. I have been playing TT for close to 4 years.
3. I have been paying for the account annually (once a year) since the account was 2 or 3 months old.
4. All of my SF are adults except for a few and I am SF with those toons parent(s) as well.
5. I do not, nor have I ever used any type of program, etc. on TT.
6. I am well educated and fully understand what rules and regulations are, as well as the importance of them in relation to internet safety.


I find it amazing that they can suspend accounts any time they want without giving you a legitimate reason for doing it at that time.

I had this happen once before and was told it was because I had mentioned the state I live in, yet there is no reference to that being against the House Rules, Terms or Use or any other regulations on any of the Disney or TT websites. It clearly states you cannot give the name of the city you live in or your address, but nothing about the name of the state. I responded to this by email several times and never got a reply or call from them.

I realize TT is a for profit business, but after spending 15 years in retail management, I learned the importance of "Customer Service" and "Customer Satisfaction". I guess it comes down to the fact that it's THEIR game, THEIR rules, YOUR money, and YOUR choice to play.

Me and my best friend[in real life] both got banned from the game about a week ago. We're both unbanned now but we we're both banned for dumb reasons.
I had an error and accidently typed something instead of HOME. Bam, I was banned in no longer then 3 hours.
It's rather annoying and I know to watch what I say now(=

I just got an email response from TT about my suspension and was totally floored as to why. It seems that you are not allowed to express how much you are enjoying your time on the game to a SF or found humor in something they said. If you are laughing your backside off, they will suspend you for it.

I guess TT must be taken serious because the evil cogs are out of control. Next time you are playing, please keep this in mind. This is serious business we're dealing with here and we don't want TT to be ruled by cogs!!

While this expression of laughter is unacceptable, toon names such as <snip> and <snip> are perfectly acceptable? Something is seriously wrong with this picture!

See... even TTC forum doesnt like those toon names. But they are perfectly acceptable on ToonTown the game??? Go Figure!!

Maybe TT needs to take a few lessons from TTC on whats appropriate and what isn't. LOL
