"Help! I've been banned/suspended!"

can you call disney and ask for your parent password and member name?because my parents forgot it they cant remember so i cant play toontown yet and my 3 days are up.but , when you enter the member name and parent password does the suspension start when you enter the member name and parent password?because i've not been able to play toontown for a week and im only suppose to be suspended for 3 days!

It starts when you make the phone call to their other number they give you when you try to log into your account. I just now did it and didn't relise that even waiting for 72 hours to be up you still have to make the phone call. Now I have to wait two more days because of it. It's really dumb but nothing you can do about it.

NOTE: When you make the phone call. It will take you do a voice answering mechine. YOU have to leave the information to the mechine and then they will call you back. It took 30mins until they called me so keep in mind that you can't avoid the answering mechine lol. It's always there.

To make it quicker give all the information they ask for.

the same thing happened to me if it said you violated house rules it means youve broken the rules said what your not supposed to of, things like that, to me its stupid stuff but who really knows, one day i had been playing all morning then got off for lunch tryed to get back on it wouldnt let me because i had been suspended it should tell you what youve done if not email then and ask

if you forgot you click forgot my account i.d then you type in your email and it will send it to your email then it will tell you your acount i.d and if you for got your password you do whatver it says to do to retrieve it then you type it in the thing where it says account i.d and password . After that it should tell you what you did to get banned or suspended if it dnt tell you then you should email then and ask them what you did to get banned

I got suspened like..3 times. Getting threatened to have my whole friends list gone isn't too helpful eaither.DX I know the reason I get suspened,but why in the name of Toontown is the word "Pizza" Gonna get you supspened? And as for my friend,she has the really bad verson of suspenchion,where they watch her account 24/7 while for me every now and then. Yes,after you get suspened they watch what you say,like stalkers. I know my mom checks what I say everynow and then.DX

I have never personally been suspended before. What areas do they watch anyway. I have done things that coulda gotten me suspended. I cusses once in a CFO because I had an awful day and i was the only one left XD. Thing is, I ended up winning and took a vow never to cuss on TT again. I did appologize after saying it. The thing i wonder is, do u have to be around others when u do sumthing bad to get suspended? The time i cursed i was alone and i think i may have cursed at golf once but i was alone there too. Does it matter if ur just by urself? Just wondering. Also i agree the pizza thing is dumb. I have not said it on TT b4 but I still think it's dumb to get banned for THAT! I heard Doodles r cameras that TT can watch u with, u might wanna watch what u say at ur own house too. I also didn't even know about the age rule. I've told my age a lot. My sfs all did it so i thought it was ok to do. r they more leanient on that now?

If you're unsure about the exact reason you have been suspended, respond to their email with your:
1. username
2. password
3. parent password
4. last billing date
...at the top of your email. Request more information on the exact infraction that occurred. They will send you the snippet of dialogue that you created which held the offensive language or violation of netiquette. If there was a misunderstanding, you may request an appeal, but there are no guarantees your account will be reinstated prior to the end of your suspension.

I'm not sure what the website says exactly, but if you're over 13, you can call in yourself. I do know that.

I got suspended once. MY friend got me suspended for calling me a cheater and all I said, was 'I don't cheat!' and i got suspended.
Even thought it wasnt my fault, my mom said, If you get suspended 1 more time, I will uninstall TT. Dx

If you are suspened call toontown let your parents telll them things and you are back. When I got suspened my dad called and got me back on but I was off for like 1 month. NOT THREE DAYS!!!

The house rules is rules. You have to call toontown to get your account back. Hope I helped!
