Hmmm ..I don't think you r suspended..the above lever did not say suspension it says terminated!! When my daughter got suspended it said that..check the email that was sent to email on account see what it says..but i believe u r permanantly terminated.

Terminated means you can't get them back. Check your email for the reasoning, though, and if you can argue against it, try calling Disney. Hope you can get it back.

This is why I take breaks off toontown every other three months.
People get banned for no reason.
That's not excatly what I think of a reason why the person was banned.
The terms of use will tell you what you did wrong if you know what you did.

But other than that the only way to get suspended is using third part things and bad words.

They give you a warning if you make a typo and it makes a bad word and you say, "sorry!"

Before you make a case with Disney that the suspensions weren't yours as you took over someone elses account -- check the terms of use carefully to be sure that this kind of "adoption" is allowed. I know they allow transferring toons to another account, but I am not sure they allow what you described.

As the others suggested, read the email and contact their support staff for additional details. Get all the information first to figure out your next steps.

Just fill in your info on that page wait 3 days and your account is reinstated.

Did they even state why you were banned? I saw someone posted about using a third party program but I didn't see that in your post...it seems a lot of people are being suspended and banned for very silly reasons. I myself have never had either happen to me luckily. I feel sorry for you though that you were banned

Hi everyone! I recently got suspended from toontown.
The toontown website directed me back to Disney. That page told me to call the disney offices.
My account would stay under suspension regardless if my 72 hours was up.
I did not call them right away. Boy, that was a mistake. I forgot about it for a few days.

Then when I finally asked my mom to call, I got a whole different page. It told me my account was terminated!
So my mom called toontown right away. The man said my account was "on hold" then he told us to call the disney offices again.
So we did that. And never received a phone call back. I was devastated. I worked so hard on all of my toons.

Also, I met some pretty awesome friends. I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this before.
If so, did you get your account back? Please provide details. Thanks so much.

PS. They never even emailed me to tell me the reason I got suspended in the first place.

Oh wow, that stinks. Sorry to hear that. They originally say suspended, then change to terminated? And no email saying why? Try calling them again, and asking why. If they don't give a reason, then say you shouldn't be terminated without a reason and ask for the account back. That's all I can help you with, sorry. Good luck getting it back.

Actually Spamming is against Disney's ToS. Anything you repeat you can be determined to be SPAM, even it's just "Hello" or (in the case of your parked friend) "oooooooooo". For some reason the warning mails for SPAM read "inappropriate language" instead of just saying "you said the same thing too many times".

Was it right to get suspended for playfully teasing your son? No. Was it right for someone to get suspended for parking? Yes. Because parking does indeed hurt someone. It hurts all of us. It causes lag and other problems and once there's so many toons doing it servers start resetting or even crashing entirely. That's why Disney discourages parking and is constantly recoding things to try to prevent it.


I currently only have like 2 TF's. The others are my children. And I constantly fear suspension when talking with them. One day my son was playing upstairs and I was downstairs and the dog upstairs was barking. I was worried it would wake up my sick napping child but I was also worried about how tell my son upstairs to hush it without using any names or anything to get us suspended. The convo that followed was very very odd and my 10yo took awhile to decode it so he could go into the other room and tell the dog to shush. Is that fair? Why can't we actually designate who is family so we can use names or even ask "Are you going to the ball game tonight?" or "How was your day in Nowheretown?" or "Are you going to Bob's birthday party?" without fearing suspension? *sigh* Even though we're all TF's we do 99% of our communication by yelling at each other from one room to another. Which I hate because one of our house rules is NO YELLING.

My friend said it and i didnt know what it ment o.O and I got banned...
I still dont actually kno what it means, but thats not the point :P
Anyway, I got banned once before and it just said to tick the box to aree again
but this time its the one where you have to call them, I dont kno the number!
They have said to call +1 503.626.5477 but when i do my phone says it cant be recognised x/ -
I come from england, please say if it'll make a difference, i put it on my phone as: 15036265477
I've been trying for ages (about 4 days X/ )
Its really unfair coz after I've called I've gotta wait 3 more days o.O
