There surely is no UK phone support for Toontown. The only thing you can do is send a mail to toontowncustomerservice@disney.co.uk

It has just occurred to me. What about our gag trees ? Will they have gone because we could not water them ? I've got seven from the same gag track planted so I really don't want to wait weeks for another level 7 to grow and produce gags.

Nothing happens to the trees in only 3 days if you have just watered them. They are fine for five days without water. And even if they are wilted, the gags will be back growing on them two days after you watered them again.
The only thing that is interesting here is the fact that it seems to happen to UK accounts more often now too. cu, Fräulein Trixie °¿° |

well, i'm not positive that it is a permanent suspension but the other posts in the forums where people have been suspended, i don't think they got THIS message...
in the message above it says "for more information regarding the termination, please refer to the notice sent to your email address...", i say check your email and see if they sent you a notice and see if it tells you anything there. If not, then visit the FAQ the mention and see if that helps...if that STILL doesn't help, i would try to get in touch with disney directly. now, for the record i have never been suspended from any disney game so i am not an expert on the suspension process so if anyone else has any advice for the OP, feel free to override my opinion... hope everything works out for you
