One of my sfs asked my age yeah it was an adult O_o. My mom told me 2 delete if keeps asking personal but she barley talked in sf chat then she didnt log on do ya think she got susp? She told me her age too but I didnt ask she just told O_o. I dont know now if she is on cuz I have the free account now. Oh and yeah what is it about that pizza thing? PIZZA DOESNT HURT YOU PPL!!!

My daughter was banned on the 23rd for (apparent) abuse of the tf chat, which is slightly ironic as the only ppl on her tf list are myself, her sister, her brother and her aunt. The interesting thing is, that when she tried to sign into TT yesterday she just got sent to a broken web page (IE could not display this page etc etc), we left it a day assuming that TT needed to be re-installed or something and then tried again this morning with the same broken page, luckily my partner realised what the problem was and got her to the right page to re-confirm etc etc, but I wonder how many other ppl have the same problem?

For the record, she was being send to a web page with the address something like httplay.dxd.com:7999/blah/banned/blahblah.html. The important think to notice there is the :7999 is forcing IE to try and connect to something other than a normal webserver (the number is the "port" of the server that IE is trying to connect to, normally its 80 and you never need to fiddle with it or see it). So we tried deleting the :7999 from the address and got to the correct page.
S
o now a 72hour suspension is going to turn into a 5 day suspension because someone's put the wrong address is somewhere.

i jus got suspended tonight sometime
it hink it was for saying <snip> too many times
and i think my friend got suspended for the same thing =[
they suspend ppl for stpid reasonss

XD I Got Suspended On Toontown! Grrr!

OMG!! I just figured I was suspended on toontown today! I don't even know what the reason was!?! OY!! But I think my reason was is that during a building , my friend (not a tf) , used marbles as his gags and told me and these other toons to lure , me on the other hand , didn't have enough lure gags because I wanna save it for later and the other toons are ignoring him. He got so mad at me for not listening to him that he Xed me and left the building! He must of reported me but I doubt so ;P. I need a reason how I got suspended and who actually reported me. Do I like call Toontown or email them?


P.S : That situation might not be true , I'm just assuming

Sorry to hear about your suspension. If this is your first one, your account should be reinstated in 72 hours. There is no chance that was the reason for your suspension; most of them have to do with TF Chat of some kind. Hopefully TT has sent you an email with the reason- they don't always do.

They should of sent you an e-mail with details regarding your suspension. If you want to talk to a human, call (866) 993-6263 between 8:00am and 9:00pm Central, Monday through Friday. They should be able to talk to you about it.

Suspended... For not paying?

Is this toontowns new fourm of tourture? They now SUSPEND you if your payments stop mysterously. I have it in french but I tryed to translate:

I could be wrong, but that doesn't sound to me like you are "suspended" in the regular sense of the word.. it just sounds like your account was put on hold/placed back to free account status b/c there was a problem with your billing.

I agree with thing one, I didnt think you were iterally(sp?) suspended Im friends with a level 109 and her bar stats say (number) over guest limit. She CANT possibly be level 109 from a trial :\
