People have a parent password,but usually,their parents don't have an account,just a password,your parent needs to make a DXD account,then link your account and their account through DXD,then your parent's password and username have to be entered for your account to be released from suspension,and btw,your DXD account username and pass are the same as your TT account's.

Well, I think they'll only allow your parent/guardian to call in. So you'll have to explain and let them call.

Ive done two things to get suspended, and I never got suspended for those things.

I have two questions.
I just realized that I was suspended from Toontown today when I tried to log-in and had to say that I accepted the Terms of Use and had to put my password in and such. Do I have to do anything else or is that it? And also, do they send me the transcript of what I said to get me suspended or do I have to request for it?

This really stinks because I keep calling,
but no one answers the phone. I left them a message with my name, account name, phone number, a time they can call, and an explanation. Why can't Disney just answer the phone? I already waited 5 days to get my account back.

No. But it's probably for a good reason. *Sigh*
I don't really have a clean chat record. I'm not saying I shouldn't have been suspended, but that on hold thing is annoying. They give you a number to call, they don't even answer the phone. It will take weeks to get my account back!

That happened to me but i didnt do it some1 hacked me and did it and then i took a whole month when it was suppose to take 3 days so after that i changed my password and no more hacking

They're probably trying to show you to not get suspended again by annoying you and not picking up your calls until a certain time.

Hmph. More like they're showing me that I'm wasting my money.
I would be fine with it if it were my phone. But it's not. (Don't have a phone) It's my grandma's. >.> I have to sit upstairs all day to NOT get a call!

Can you cancel an account if..
Ok so I don't know where I would put this so I'll put it here. Can you cancel an account if youre suspended because I need to cancel my old account which is suspended and I don't want to call unless I have to. Can someone help mee?
