Hi. :0 I got suspended before, but that was when I was LITTLE. VERY LITTLE. So here are some tips from getting you NOT suspended.
DO NOT:
Say Age.
Say State.
Say Phone Number/Cell Phone even with #.
Say Pizza (They think it's a hack password 0_0)
Swear.
Say the same thing like 30 times. (Spamming)
Say your house number or zip code.
Count Fish Buckets.

Do:
Say I am a kid/preteen/teen/adult.
Say your nickname/what you want your friends to call you by.
Talk about things that are SAFE.
& STAY SAFE!

Well I got banned for the 3rd time. This time for some reason I Have to call in and they give me the number and everything, Since my parents had nothing to do with this and i signed up all by myself, Am i aloud to call in or what happens now?

or in 72 hours will it let you in again??? because it's been like 3 days and ( it probably depends on what exact hour it was suspended on) but I forgot my parent password and account name! worst part I'm not sure I have one because I didn't get a notice on my or my mom's emails - so what do I do?

Didyou use the same account name as the one you use for logging in toontown? and you sure that you know the parent password?

I think eventhough you call the customer service or the live chat, they might ask you to put your parent on since they will need more information about the account such as creditcard number that use to pay the account.

Why don't you ask you mom again to make sure that she did tell you the right one and she didn't chage it since last time she told you.
