You should call Disney or ask for your parents to enter their Password and Username. Their Password and Username are different than your real Password and Username and they and Disney are the only ones who know it.

Ban *****

So I am banned from using their PRECIOUS game for 72 hours. Well, guess what? You better CREDIT my account for those 3 days. And I am NOT joking!

That's <stupid>, plain and simple. I am <an adult> and can have ANY number of TF's as I want!

If not - - - - you better REFUND ME MY MONEY and I will quit, plain and simple as THAT!

I SHALL RECEIVE SATISFACTION!!! You hear me, DISNEY? YOU ARE NO BETTER THAN THE WORTHLESS COGS ON THE STREETS OF TOONTOWN. WANT, WANT, WANT.

GREEDY!!!

Their rules are irrelevant to the customer's age. They apply to everyone because they can't really prove that you're an adult - well, they can, but they're too lazy to.

Considering the nature of your post, I am going to assume you were suspended for something said by chat.. Toontown might not be the game for you if you're looking for adult conversation/content. Either that, or keep it to IMs. Disney doesn't care, they still see everyone as a child and do everything to -try- to protect children, even if that means upsetting adults.

I know being suspended is frustrating, but it's best to take a deep breath. They have pretty horrible customer support but I've noticed that when taking a calmer approach (either via phone or via e-mail) they will be more willing to help you. People in the past have been refunded and/or unsuspended before time is up, but that's not promising anything. Different staff work different days.

Well...I was suspended last night and although can't pin point what exactly got me suspended, I did tell one "sf" that another "sf" had to do 4 story buildings, another had 5 story buildings. Is it possible that they can suspend your account for typing that? The only other things that were said were: "go look at my new <snip> (but i spelled out the name of the site) background", "I'll help you in a minute" and "I have to go babysit the neighbors kids, I'll be back in 10 minutes"
Would any of those things get me suspended?
Those were the only things typed yesterday. Other than the normal "hola, what's up?" and "how's things?"...stuff I say every day.
I'm clueless & after reading some of your posts didn't know I'm supposed to call. Yes, I'm an adult so it won't be difficult verifying my information.
I would think I would get an email or something from them but so far....nothing.
I logged out, went across the street, logged back in & voila, suspended.
Hmm...
Any ideas?
Thanks!

From the numbers, it looks like they might've suspended you for saying your phone number. They dont really look into each report, they just have key words and such.
So when you said 5 buildings, 10 minutes, they thought you were saying your phone number?

The stupidest ban EVER

I know theres a sticky thread for this, but this thread is different. I got suspended today for saying,"You know the song, <a phone number from a popular song>

If you dont know what I'm talking about, its a song...

They said(not quoting) That they feared for my safety, and wanted me to lay off from Toontown. So....ummm. This isnt really a good reason to ban me. I even said, "You know the song <a phone number from a popular song> " So, I wont be on for three days..

I'll be on Potco though.

Oh my galoshes! That's horrible. They probably thought that you were giving like your phone number. I don't think they look at the whole message, they see the numbers, and bam, your suspended.

Well, actually.. You said the number from the song wrong.

So.. It's the wrong number.
So that means technically you weren't talking about the song.
You were talking about somebody's phone number.
But that's still unfair. You should tell them you were talking about the song.

Wow that is stupid. I think TT overreacts sometimes, and you should try mailing them saying that it's a song, and that you did nothing bad.

And isn't the name of the song <a phone number from a popular song> ?

I remember someone getting suspended for counting his fish buckets. By the time he got to 7, TT thought it was his phone number. I would do it like this: You know how 555-5555 isn't a number? I would say "5", "55", "555", "5555", "55555", and so on.
