I'm on my last track for trap and it looks like it's going to be a bumpy ride. But I'm looking forward to getting there even if it does take awhile.

It is different with drop. You don't lose your gag and get no credit.

Are you serious? It took me...about three months? Man. Well, I guess that's because I got on almost every single day. I love drop. I know most people say its really hard to maxx but for me it was easy. As long as you hang out with some people who know what they're doing, it's easy to maxx any gag even if it goes last in the sequence.

same thing happens to me every now and then, so when I join I figh I a let the toon who got to it first decide the way to go. Since the got to it first I consider that is their cog.

I just did a building and used trap. I said "I'm going to use trap" and they all said OK.

Then they destroy it and all use pies at the last second! The same happened in a factory today. -_- I need to go in with sf's from now on.

Trap is always hard to work with randoms. I am a trapper and it seemed like forever to max because people did not want to help. Only did it by doing lots of level 5 buildings with SF that let me trap away on the top floors.

I have noticed that a lot of people trying to train trap at the wrong times.

I personally hate when toons are trying to train in a Boss battle. There is no need for that! You don't get a lot of points for your gags there.

In buildings, paying attention to what others are using helps. If they are training cake, sound or squirt then they may ignore your needs in place of their own. That's the problem with randoms they don't know what you are looking to do and by the time your in the building with them telling them "I'm going to use trap" they may have had other plans. Maybe let them know before going into the building and saving your gags that way.

I have seen people just be jerks about it, but that is wrong too. Your going to get the most points on the top levels so maybe saving til then will help.

Drop is no better, people don't want to help you by prepping the cogs for drop. I don't understand the minds of randoms since I can't read minds but I am sure glad I don't do many buildings with randoms anymore I would most likely go toon postal! Get that cannon off my lawn and take it with me they would be in soooooooo much trouble!

I've had this issue alot. When I train trap on my black cat, these annoying, stupid little noobs run into my battle and don't give me a chance to place a trap gag on the ground & lure it. I even tell them: "I'm going to use trap." "Can you help me?" etc....to no avail. I finally got a couple sfs to help me out though. :]

I don't have trap but drop is hard to train in the low levels.But in the high levels, trap and drop are easy to train.Just don't give up.

I have drop with my 1st toon and trap with my 2nd toon. In my opinion, eventhough I have drop with my very first toon when it wasn't any invasion and I didn't know much about toontown, I still think drop is easier to train.

Here's the reason; when you use drop you just choose it to destroy the cog, so it's very easy to train by yourself or with others. Eventhough, it's the last gag in the roll, if they kill the cog first, you still don't lose your gag.

Trap is a gag that eventhough it's the 2nd in the roll but it won't work without lure. So, when you train by yourself you need 2 turn to trap and then lure by yourself. If you train with others, they have to lure for you and don't kill the cog first or your gag will be destroyed.

In my point of view, my someone who are training lure and then you both can work together.
