I saw a horrible person with laugh points when they went in a building with me but when they used they're gags they used a wedding cake and my friend was there and he said OMG! Wierd.Huh?

They were mean't to have the low laff points and high level gags.

What you are describing is called a uber. They have very low laff, but sky-high gags. People who have ubers *usually* have an older toon and are members of the CCG. Being a uber is something special because of the time devoted to them and the courage of low laff, but being as good as a high one.
