Hey! folks do you know my SF said if you chat in an estate you will get baned I alwasy chat in estate but I dont get banned this still remains a mistery though

People get banned for chatting at their estate if the are breaking the rules. If they aren't breaking the rules, they won't be banned.

He might mean spelling out your code w/ furniture. I used to do that before toons started using speedchat phrases.

That would be a lie. If you couldn't secret friend chat in your estate, then you would get ban in Toontown as well, which you wouldn't.

Think about it... What motive would Disney have to ban people just for talking in their estates. It seems they can be a bit unfair at times, but I wouldn't imagine to that extent.
