TTC Abandoned.
I was in TTC Playground while there weren't that many Toons. In Nutty Rvier there were about 3, Summit 5, and Boro 10.
Does anyone know why?

The super-populated/laggy TTCs are all under Welcome Valley landing districts. New toons don't know about River/Summit/Boro, they just play where TT logs them on.

Well, TTC can sometimes be populated in the popular districts, but I think that was before BBHQ came, so everyone called buildings there. Now toons don't really care about the toon platoon, so they don't. It also depends on the time of day and where you are, if you just go in a different green district, I'm sure you'll see lots more there.
And yes, newbs don't really know about those districts for invasions and double skill.

Sparx He lives in California, you live in UK.
Time zones.. Also if you are from any part of Britian and have lived there for a while you do have a british accent, Usa calls the yorkshire posh accent the british accent for some reason.
