But Disney should just cancel every single Toontown Account who has a Member Subscription and make it free and then turn Toontown into a free online community where people can go anywhere and do anything they want

Agreed. I think members and non-mebers shouldn't have to pay to go outside ttc etc.

I agree. But there should be a Laff limit to visiting other neighbuorhoods.

Example:You cannot go DD till you have 25 Laff, can't go to DG till 34 etc.
That way there will be no weak Toons to bother you.

it shud b tht u cant go 2 dd plg or the other 2 streets until u have 25 laff cuz if they can go 2 barnicle boulvarde n tht makes the flunky tasks easeir and the big white wig task in dd u can only go 2 the 1st street in dg 2 do it

I don't think so, they shud be restricted to the one playground.

If they gonna sign up theres enough there to make them want more, limiting them to TTC means that they will have to do all the TTC tasks as they can't wander and take their time bothering others.

Allowing full wandering only encourages toons that will do that with full membership and not get on with their tasks, toons who complete the TTC quickly then want all the rest will do so quickly and be subbed up in no time, yes there are some who can't get subs cos parent won't or they can't personally afford it?

Well tough... I wan't a Holiday to Disney World and a Ferrari, but I won't be getting either for a long time, unless I save up a long time for it, TT is not that expensive, with a little saving a years subs can be easily afforded, if the kids wan't it so much the can do odd jobs for it, lol that what I did when was young and want little things, car washing odd jobs in house, theres too much somthing for nothing attitude these days.

You wouldn't want toons taking regular free rides in your builds/fact's etc., so why should they get any anywhere else.

I don't think showing them more will get many more takers, when you first see just TTC and tasks etc. you either want it straight away or you don't, if you are hesitating or want to see more, you probs can't or won't take up subs in most cases.

It may seem a bit of a harsh attitude towards it, but I stand by it everytime.

I disagree on what you said about laff limits. If there will be laff limits, there won't be ANY ubers!!! Yes we should make free toons access to everywhere in toontown but NO laff limits.
