Have any of you used/tried using sppedchat in real life?

Hee hee. Ever sinced I joined, if someone says "Sorry!" to me in real life, I'd say "No problem" then "It's okay"(I used to say). Once you think about TRYING to use speedchat in real life, it was so hard for my TF she said " FORGET THIS I'M USING CHAT!" . I find myself using speedchat words everyday, but when you are trying to use them on purpose it's harder. xD

When all I could do was use the speedchat, I was really really adicted!
then, once when I was going to say thanks, i said Friendly FIRST so I said, Friendly thanks, I was like OMG I am way to addicted!

I have, a bit. But not too much. Most of my friends don't know I'm addicted to Toontown. I have been for atleast four years now though.

I haven't really ever accidentally tried using speedchat in rl, but I've said it in my head a few times. And I have never really gotten the "Friendly" Thanks people say they use, I've never really thought of it before, just a simple Thanks. So, to answer the question, no.

I say rats alot, for fun, but on one school uniform day the coolest kid in school came up to me and said: i like your shirt! and without thinking i replied: speedchat friendly thanks! i was so embarresed to see him walk off and go talk to the other 'cool' people and they started laughing at me. oh well.

i brought toontown to my school, i got loads of people to join in, and when we play i say to my true friend meow meow meow and the people who jst strtd r like wot?

I only use the ones that i used before playing TT. If i started saying the other words i would probably have someone slap me. That would show i'm way too addicted.

Eversince playing toontown, I have been involuntarily using some of the speed chat phrases such as:

That Stinks!
Don't be mean.
Rats.
Thanks a million.
No worries.
That's kooky.

and a whole bunch more.

Sometimes they are really appropriate, such as:
I've got bananas on my brains.
Sorry, I was delayed.
Please go away.

People actually like it when you say:

You look nice.
I like your shirt.
I like your look.
You are stylin'
