Does it seem like you always pick the wrong task to do?

I always feel like I should've picked a different toontask to complete because I always get badluck, such as not finding the right cog and when I do it gets destroyed or flies away.

well i always hunt around 4 the easy tasks, like in ddl i went 4 the tons of cogs in stead of the 100 2+story cog blds task

PS wen u get 2 ddl try looking 4 tasks in the place on pajama place, wynken blynken and nod

If you look long enough you WILL find tasks that are easy (like for the x amount of cogs)

Let me tell you....I am the queen of picking (usually by accident) the worst tasks ever. For some reason instead of hitting cancel when given the choice of tasks, I hit accept. Here are my current tasks, need to complete two before I can move onto Lawbot suit -

200 headhunters - for 1 laugh point (are you kidding me - I now have 111 and I've been working on this one for about three weeks now)

200 10+ cogs anywhere - not that bad, this is for a big head - just for fun

Here is where my headache comes in -

400 2+ level buildings anywhere - this was an accident pick. You think it would be easy, but it takes a long time to do a building without any help. No 100 laugher really wants to do a level 2 building once they move up to Lawbot.

100 level 5 buildings - probably the most stupid of picks. I figure I will have this one for the next 6 months.

Anyone with similar tasks who want to work together PM me and we can meet up. I play in the evenings during the week 6 ish EST and early mornings and evenings on the weekends.

105 laugher with max everything except drop (safe) - no trap.

yes, thats how i feel. for example, i see tons of like bloodsuckers roaming around and when i pick a toontask, my luck and its like defeat 20 bloodsuckers or w/e. and i walk outside the hq and they are all gone. lol im like UGHHHHH ahah

I love the tasks I get now. LOL Defeat cogs. So easy. I remember the days when I was small though, I always picked such dumb tasks at times. LOL

I've picked toontasks such as 50 buildings but nothing that bad.

I remember one task I got in DDL was 240 Bean Counters. I believe it was to carry 250 Jellybeans or 80 gags.

I just finished a task of 280 Name Droppers. It wasn't too incredibly bad, because at least I could go to SBHQ and stand in that big tar pit thing and look around for them.

I never wanted to see another Name Dropper again but today I picked a 12 Name Droppers task for my low laffer. It was the lesser of the evils between what else they were offering me.

I just finished "defeat 900 cogs" and now am working on 200 3+ buildings. Oof! At least that's what I do late at night, solo buildings. But it will take a long time!

I picked a stupid one, which was 50 Downsizers, I know it's not a huge one, but a pain since i usually have to beat them one by one, unless I can get an invasion. Just my luck, whenever I enter a building I only get like 2. Now, after reading around here, I pick X cogs [any type] anywhere, but I still have that Downsizers. I think it's a for a laff boost.

All my others are just X number of cogs or like, 9+, so I do a couple mint runs. I'm working on finishing my cash suit.

I always shop around for tasks. I'm only at 54 laffs, but even still- why waste my time looking for 20 backstabbers, when (with a bit of hunting), I can find "defeat 2 10+ cogs". It may take a bit to find a task that is easier, but if you think about it.. think about all the time you save not doing some HUGE task. There's hundreds of places to get tasks.. just shop. (:
