Pushing Problems

This happened to me the other day, and got me really mad. I was in Toontown Central fighting cogs, but then I got tired of it, so I went onto the sidewalk and let my toon fall asleep, so I could go on Webkinz, check my email and what not without quitting. Anyway, when I brouht up Toontown again, I found two dogs pushing me into the street. I was really mad. They weren't doing it on accident - they were running right into me, then backing up, then ramming me again. I told them that it wasn't nice, and they told me I stunk. I changed districts. This pushing really agrivates me. Have any of you had any issues?

I know exactly how you feel!

EVERY single time, I'm not even kidding, that I leave my toon idle on a street, he gets pushed into the street. I've got some curse, even in quiet districts most of the time someone finds me(OK so not always!! but still!)

Some toons need to grow up.

Yes it's very irritating but usually a toon comes and saves me before I lose all my laff -104 xDD

People with no life need an outlet somehow. And since they have NO LIFE, they obviously sit on the computer, pushing innocent toons.

If I see a toon that has fallen asleep on the street (not the best place to leave your toon, but real life happens) I will push the helpless toon onto the sidewalk. If they are close to a playground tunnel, I'll try to push them that way instead so they can't be pushed into battle.

In the future, if you want to do something else for a few minutes and don't feel like logging out of TT, I suggest falling asleep at your estate, in Toon HQ, the gag shop - anywhere that is safe from cogs.

By falling asleep on the sidewalks, you are giving mean toons the opportunity to grief you. Don't give them the invitation or satisfaction of creating trouble for you. We can't make everyone else make the right choices, but we can make our own good choices.

Yeah! Pushy toons annoy me. If I catch a pushy toon in action I push from the other side to counteract their pushing. They will usually get tired/bored and go somewhere else.

Its kind of funny when you have been sleeping for a while and then when you log on next, you are suddenly at 20 laff and have NO gags whatsoever. This has happened to me and it is very annoying

I'm curious though...if you're going to be afk for an extended period of time, why would you not log out?

Gotta Laff at this because... YES pushing to be MEAN is NOT Good..
However.. I have pushed for a couple reasons...
1. A friend says brb while getting stocks... and falls asleep.. I'll push them on the cart before he times out ...
2. A toon that wanted help fell asleep outside a bldg, so I pushed them in to help them.. Unfortunately they never woke up and left after the 1st floor.
3. The funny one.. When I was maxing tuneup.. I pushed my friends out in the road if they were sleeping so that they could get hit and I could max my toonup! hehe...

I push sleeping toons off the road also! WAIT.. I like to push sleeping toons into the water if in the playground too.. lol

I don't have pushing problems on the street, I get them in BBHQ. I'm guessing it's some kind of glitch where you can float above the ground and push people into the walls...I can't stand it! It's not like it's an accident cause they keep doing it over and over. And they just hound you saying "Ha ha" over and over!

It sounds like the OP isn't planning to be afk that long, just wanted to take a 'time out' do something else on the comp and so technically, he/she (sorry, can't tell by the username) isn't afk at all during that time.

if i need to leave my computer for a moment or two and don't want to go back to the playground I'll run into the nearest store and just hide in there. Not many of these "pushy" toons go door to door looking for sleeping toons.

You have to give them credit for the time and effort they take to push toons. I have come back to find my toon in some of the most weird places.

It would be worse if you have lvl 7 gags , however, I agree with others that you shouldn't leave your toon on a street. Atleast, go to hide in a non-popular shop (the one that's not involve with toontask).

Not so many toons will try to go inside the shop and pushing because it takes longer to push toons from shop than from the sidewalk.

PS: I like to push toons into the water as well. I think it would be more safe for them to swim than stand near the tunnel.

I stay away from sleeping toons, to many ppl have the wrong idea that I'm trying to push them off the street.
I used to see sleeping toons standing in the middle of the street so I'd push them on the side walk. And when I did this they would wake up and start stinking me or yelling That wasn't nice! So I would say no! run into the street fake slep and say I think this is too rsky for you. but they never get it!! So I just leave them alone, unless they're my friend, hee hee, then I mess with um!
