Going into to a shop is good idea, however if you're unlucky enough to have cog take it over, u'll end up back on street, and if this is in DDL even in path of cog as some builds are very close street.

Best place to go AFK is playground far from tunnels, or estate, estate is best as if you're in HQ you can tp back there after.

I have pushed my friends thru tunnels and my brother's friend all the way down the street right next to the tunnel....

I've never pushed a toon out of the street before. Actually, I've never even thought of pushing them out of the street. But that sounds like a good idea...

Also pushing them out of the street and into the nearest shop would help a lot because like a lot of people have said griefers don't go looking for toons in shops.

That's what I do. I tried pushing a little cat into the nearest Toon building once, but it turns out you can't push them into [or out of] shops. If you try to get into the shop yourself in hopes that they'll automatically follow, you won't be able to get in because they'll be blocking the way!

General rules of thumb:
  • If you can't help leaving your Toon in the middle of the street, try your hardest to get them into a building or onto a far part of the sidewalk.
  • Real life does happen, and even if you end up far away from the sidewalk, at least you stopped your toddler from falling off the changing table, or your dog from eating chocolate, or your cat from getting into the guinea pig cage.
  • Chances are nothing will be so serious that you can't right the wrong and be back at the computer before a Cog zaps you for 98 Laff or 101 Laff or 137 Laff or whatever. And if it does, you're probably in the wrong playground.
  • Whenever you can, push a sleeping Toon in the middle of the street onto a far part of the sidewalk or back to the playground. If people start the opposite of the griefers, eventually they'll just go back to their little house and talk to their Doodle or something.

If you don't want it to happen, log off, goto your house, or get FAR away from any streets in the playground.
