How do you get the phrase owooooo on toontown? I heard it had to do with true friends... but I am not sure. Can someone help me?

Well, there are two ways.

Cattlelog - You can order the "speedchat phrase"from your home cattlelog you can go to by getting on your phone. It comes randomly, so you never know.

True Friend Chat - The easiest way, would be if you are a cat, to say the letter "o" about 3-4 times, which generates that sound.
