He repeatedly followed me asking to be my friend and when I went into battle to help some newbies, he'd/she'd use sound to destroy the cogs before the newbies could attack a cog AND then he was saying "you stink" to everyone I was battling with including me repeatedly & repeatedly

Reason: Because I wouldn't be his friend and I'm a 104 laff-er stuck in TTC.

ok im a 54 laff about a month ago i was in TTC with some friends they made like a new toon so we were goofing off and then here comes like 10 people saying " can you help me" "please be my friend" it gets annoying i didnt do that i worked alone to get where i am now.... i got lots of friend :P

But yes I don't like it when they try to be my friend. But after I maxx i think i'll go help noobs in toontowncentral because everyone was a noob once. I went from being a noob asking everyone at 100 to be my friend to just trying to maxx then have fun.

Haha I used to be one of those noobs that asks to be your friend. But I never begged people, I just randomly would ask to be people's friends. I ended up SF'ing one of my friends I made that way, lol. Now, the ones who beg to be your friends annoy me soo much. >_<

My friends list was full until last night when I had a good clearout. I went on a VP run and a friend teleported to me just before we entered the elevator room. Unfortunately the crush around the lift meant that I boarded and he didn't, I won't hop off so got 'That wasn't nice' 'You stink' and 'go away' for the first few minutes of the battle..........needless to say as soon as we danced he was taken off of my list.
I also removed a toon who no sooner had I logged on started constantly whispering 'Help' and 'Hurry' over and over again before I even had time to check my gags.....especially annoying when I've logged in just in time for a run.
Unfortunately I hate saying no to toons, I always feel bad and I really don't mind helping other toons but there are times when I am so happy to see nobody online so that I can get on with what I want to do.

I did have one really good friend in Toontown when I first started playing 18months ago, we used to do most things together but he always understood if I couldn't. I let my subscription lapse and only restarted it a couple of months ago. Too my surprise he was online but hasn't been since....very sad.
I have got friends on my list who are fantastic but I do miss him.

I have just started another toon ..... little green duck called 'Peppa-Mint' and with the exception of the friend you have to make at the start I have added nobody else to the list although I'm sure that will change eventually.

You can use cogspeak if you are in a boss battle, but that requires the other person to realise what that implies.
