ok i just have had this botherin me for so long and here it is

have you ever noticed when you use lure the single one 1/5/10 bills how ur toon just jurks the rod up im guessin that rod has a hook on it and the cogs face is so close it could snag his eyelid anyone noticed

Well, Toontown made it so it would just lure the cogs AS a gag. Disney didn't design it to hurt the cog in a violent way as you are explaining.

Interesting thought, though. I'll look at my lure a bit more closely now.
