37 laff noob with all gags?

Alright this is sooooo weird so I was vping one day when i saw a 37 laff guy with all of the gags. Anybody know about black cats? Most of them has alot of gags. So on halloween 2007 I made a black cat and it didnt have the same advantages. Anybody know why alot of noobys cheat around here?

Um do you mean all gag tracks? It might be a dev. Or if you mean maxed gags then it's an uber.

If you ment he had 3 tracks out of 3 tracks he had maxed, that means he's an uber. Black Cat's have no advatages as to getting experience in gags or anything.

Anybody can do what he did, just takes time and skill.

Just a little information about Devs...

Devs are what we call the developers. They are said to have created Toontown or parts of it. Who doesn't want to test out their hard work? Anyways, Devs get special things. They can have all the gag tracks for an example. Devs also can also have a free ride to a maxed toon.

From what you are describing, I would guess it is a Dev that said no to the extra 100 laffpoints they could have gotten. The Dev may want to just work up.

Isn't it a coincidence that the laffpoints are 37--100 away from being maxed? If it is a Dev, that is a strange coincidence.

There was a bug several years ago that allowed you to take gag tracks but skip laff tasks. Sounds like you ran into one of the very first black cats and what is called a "true uber." These were the very first ubers. When Disney removed the option to take gag tracks and skip laff, uber became what it is today, high gags and low laff, but only up to how many tracks allowed for that playground. There are still a few of these true ubers running around... I have 2 of them on my list. A 47 laff dog with 6 gag tracks and a cat in her 40s with 6 gag tracks as well. There aren't many of these left since Disney removed this ability a little over 3 years ago and at the time, ubers weren't very popular.

A friend of mine is 17 Laff and almost maxed. Believe me, she worked for it.

It could also mean that they have trained their gags for a long time, but if they have all the tracks, then it must of been the bug that Dizzy told us about. I've never heard of it.

If it was an uber -which it probly was- then dont be too suprised next time cause ONCE I seen A 20 laff uber in VP lobby and was Mr Holly Lvl 50 so he/she hasnt even done blackboard eraser task lol but You need to put lots of effort in to it i think.

Just want to point out that you shouldn't call the black cat a NOOB unless he/she annoyed or griefed you.

Noob = annoying players or griefers
Newbie = new player

My own little Stinkerbell suffers from eraserphobia. She's never fought a TTC cog to avoid getting the eraser. Sometimes friends think it's funny to TP me to Toontown Central so I get that "You can find cogs to defeat through the tunnel" pop-up. Cause at 20 laff with a HW50 suit, I must just have trouble finding cogs...

Wow, didn't know you'd get that every time. Must be hard to resist the urge to find a cog in TTC. I guess you must always stay in different playgrounds to earn gags, huh? And do you trolley or go to beanfests for your beans? If I make a sell uber, it'll be a 3 track.

And wouldn't a 37 laffer have access to 4 tracks, not 3? 3 is what you get from TTC, Donalds Dock will give you 4 at some laff around there.

She has a 10k bean bank, and people always bean ubers. I trolley if I am too lazy to go home for beans. I carry 40, which lets her go sad and totally refill twice.

I have a 4 track uber, too. 34 laff is the minimum for those, 39 once you max the suit. I call her my "Safety Uber" (and when she dances, it's the Safety Dance) because she has lure and toon-up. I wish I had gone for sound and drop. More exciting.
