Oh side note: I too ignore friend requests in the playground. Once you've played a while you realize that friending random people for no reason except that they walked in front of you may get you a few nice friends but also will fill up your list with people you may not like that much. You're better off doing some battles or buildings with them first and seeing if you like their personality. I spent so much time early on helping people who didn't really like me but just wanted help to make their tasks easier. This is totally understandable. Some toon characteristics may rub you the wrong way. I used to be bothered my the way mice sounded. To me they sounded "hyper" and kinda whiny sometimes. I think that might've had somthing to do with some of the mice I knew. Recently I've been hanging with a very cool mouse and I don't find the "voice" annoying in the least when we're together. I think a lot of it has to do with who your friends with. If you have good friends in all toon types then even if you liked that type less to begin with it grows on you. |

I can't generalize how others play their toons, but I can tell you how it is from my perspective.
![]() Dawgs are kinda dumb but big hearted. If you make them mad they snarl and snap, but if you scratch them just right they roll over on their back and everything is better. Dawgs prefer short answers and anything that mocks cats. Dawgs are usually a bit detached from reality. Life has a dreamlike quality that serves them well. Nothing says it better than a good howl, "Owooo!" Cats are gregarious and talkative. They know they are clever and the advertise this incessantly. Cats are motivated by self interest but can be quite loyal to their friends. Cats are quick to anger but are often soothed by offers of chocolate or saucers of milk. Cats will play with mice, but there is an element of “playing with their food” involved. Bunnies are just nice. Needless to say, this is the only toon I don't play. Bunnies are too quiet for my style of play, but I have numerous bunny friends and I like em all. Mice are bouncing bundles of enthusiasm. Some are cuter than others, but the trait they all share is the high pitched squeeeeeeeeeeek! On the flip side, nothing in toontown is sadder than a sad little mousie. Mice are born leaders who enjoy taking risks and hunting for cheese. Mice are actually smarter than cats but they don't brag about it since cats are usually bigger than they are. Ducks tend to have a harder edge. Their quacking manner lends itself to sarcasm and in cases outright aggression. Nobody says “You stink!” better than a duck. But the “tough-guy” image can be a facade. Ducks are loyal and true friends. Once you are on the “good side” of a duck, they are a true blue (or red or green) friend. Horses are steadfast. They may not be the most intelligent, but they have hearts of gold. Horses are rarely mean, but they can be unpredictable and, often times, downright annoying. In toontown horses tend to be quiet. Who would blame them since their laugh sounds like a bleating goat. Monkeys are much too complex to classify. Like humans they come in all shapes and sizes, and like humans, their moods are diverse and impossible to stereotype. Monkeys tend to be natural leaders and organizers. They get their strength by convincing other toons to work together. On the other hand, my monkey, who is now retired, did nothing but fish all day. Bears can't help but be friendly. They wander around wearing a big grin saying, “Bread!” They are incapable of anger, since even in their angriest moments, all they can shout is, “Bread!” Perhaps Disney intended bears to be loafers, but it doesn't matter how you slice it, bears are too easygoing for their own good. Now, as to which is more annoying, I say it depends on the toon you tend to be playing. I notice that I take on certain attitudes when I play certain toons. When I am playing a dawg I find the cat's “meow meow” to be annoying. When I play a cat, it seems that dawgs become more stupid and short sighted. When I play a mouse, cats suddenly seem more dangerous and I watch my back. When I play a duck, I find myself more argumentative, and, when I play my horse, I keep looking for phrases that express my equine nature. Speaking of which, its time for me to “ride off into the sunset.” Have fun!

I'd say.. Rabbits and mice are annoying (Not all
)But.. It is always the fat rabbits who are bossy, bossy, bossy. I like how all the toons sound but "Meow mew meow meow" gets to me after a while. I love how horeses sound when they say Owoooo |
