Toons Bailed on Me!!

Mind you I have only been on TT for a month. A friend asked for help with a two story building and she doesn't have toon up (I do). The second toon didn't have toon up either so I asked for a third toon. She called a high laff friend with no toon up but plenty of gags so I went in. Right before the elevator hit 0 the high toon bailed. Both toons that were left were in bad need of a toon up, so I did toonup. On the first floor my friend bailed, on the second floor the other toon wouldn't play any gags. I am so glad that I had lure and my friend helped me train it high enough!! Fortunately, I didn't go sad. I made it through the building, but I was so sad this happened. I always thought it was kind of a commitment once you got on the elevator.

I would have been scared to go in a building without a single other toon with TU.
Oops, I didn't notice you said it was a two-story.

Well, at least you made it through and got some good lure training.

It happens to all of us at one time or another. Some toons bail because they are afraid to go sad; some may have been disconnected; some just to be mean. Glad you stayed to finish the building! No guts...no glory!

It's been happening to me too lately. I was on a 5 floor elevator and one jumped so someone else did, then we all jumped off. Got back on then everyone jumped off at the last minute and I didn't have time. It took me a while to figure that I can use my book to go back to the playground. Btw, these toons were all around the same laff limit as my toon.
I'm sure it happens often since this is a kid based game, but I feel the same way, once you're on the elevator you should be committed to following it through.
